Amazon
Founded by Jeff Bezos in 1994 in Seattle, Wash., Amazon is a global e-commerce company and the world’s largest online retailer. Amazon started as an online bookstore, and diversified to sell DVDs, VHSs, CDs, software, video games, electronics, clothing, furniture, food, toys, jewelry and other products. Amazon is also known for its consumer electronics, including the Kindle, Fire tablet, and Fire phone. Amazon is also a major provider of cloud computing services.
In 2005, Amazon created Amazon Prime, a membership-based program offering free two-day shipping within the U.S. on all eligible purchases, discounted one-day shipping rates and unlimited TV and movie streaming through Amazon Prime Instant Video.

Formed in 2009, the Archive Team (not to be confused with the archive.org Archive-It Team) is a rogue archivist collective dedicated to saving copies of rapidly dying or deleted websites for the sake of history and digital heritage. The group is 100% composed of volunteers and interested parties, and has expanded into a large amount of related projects for saving online and digital history.
