Junior Customer Experience Manager

Seeking an enthusiastic individual to be one of the early members of our Customer Experience team. The role will entail phone and email support, replying to customers and donors in a timely, friendly and efficient manner and communicating issues with the website back to the tech and operations teams. The ideal candidate must be able to work efficiently, possess excellent communication skills and work well in a team. Must remain positive at all times!

Requirements

•  Experience dealing with clients or suppliers, if not first hand experience of Customer Service.
• Must be organized with a keen eye for detail, have excellent communication skills and a passion for problem solving.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Affiliate Manager

Role and Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit new affiliates
• Improve performance of existing affiliate relationships
• Understanding of how the affiliate marketing technologies work
• Brand and fraud protection techniques
• Attending conferences for networking and industry relationships

• 2 years or more of proven experience in Affiliate marketing
• Analytics/conversion tracking

• Previous experience working in some type of online performance marketing practice
• Proven working experience with online technologies such as analytics, facebook ads, ad serving and tracking.
• Current book of e-commerce or cost-per-sale affiliates.
• Relationships with large facebook affiliates.

Full Stack Engineer
