We're hiring a Superintendent of Health & Safety! This role goes beyond day-to-day oversight. You'll build the foundation: establishing systems, standards, and expectations that will carry into full production while providing hands-on safety leadership for our active exploration programs in Minnesota and Michigan. We're looking for someone with 5-10 years of progressive health and safety experience in mining or heavy industrial environments, with strong OSHA/MSHA knowledge and a track record of building safety systems in pre-operational or start-up settings.
