What a fabulous day at the Festival of Education yesterday! A brilliant opportunity to hear directly from school leaders about the challenges they’re facing. As an apprenticeship training provider, it’s so valuable to understand these priorities so we can adapt our curriculum and improve our offer to better support schools and their staff. Plenty of food for thought and inspiration to take forward! #FestivalOfEducation #Apprenticeships #SchoolImprovement

Have you got a TA who’s great at leading sport in your School? The Level 4 Sports Coach Apprenticeship is a brilliant next step for teaching assistants already supporting PE or active playtimes. It helps them grow into confident, qualified school-based coaches collaborating with teachers to develop pupils by planning and delivering programmes that develop children’s physical skills and support whole-child development in line with the National Curriculum. They assess pupils’ needs, track progress, and work closely with school staff, parents, and external agencies to create impactful, term-based coaching plans. Let me know you’d like to know more or have someone in mind! 🏅 csanford@sccu.uk.com
