We are working with a B-Corp certified personal care brand, who are looking for a National Account Manager to join their team. The brand stands out as a forward-thinking leader in the personal care industry, committed to combining high performance products with sustainable, eco-friendly solutions. With a mission to connect personal care with environmental responsibility, the brand enables consumers to make choices that are both effective and mindful of the planet.
About the Role
As a Snr National Account Manager, you’ll:
Build and manage relationships with UK grocery and retail partners
Develop tailored strategies to maximise in-store visibility and online presence.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver sales growth and meet ambitious targets.
Stay ahead of market trends to identify new opportunities.
Negotiate and secure new business opportunities
Manage the sales and profitability of assigned accounts
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products
Prepare and present sales reports to senior management
Who You Are
Experienced in sales or account management, ideally in FMCG or personal care sectors.
Proficient in P&L management with a proven track record of driving growth.
Experience with JBP's
Collaborative, entrepreneurial, and highly organised with strong communication skills.
