We are looking for registrant and lay partners to work with our Education department in the roles of lead visitor, visitor and service user expert advisor (SUEA) at the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
What do Education partners do?
Education partners assess, and review, programmes of education and training delivered (or proposing to be delivered) by education providers. They also assess approved programmes of education and training using established monitoring processes.
HCPC partners operate as self-employed independent contractors and the majority of our partners undertake this work in addition to any other responsibilities or roles they have, as the time commitment is only around five days per year.
The roles
Lead visitors and visitors are registrants who provide expert professional advice and contribute to discussions and decision making on education and training programmes.
Service user expert advisors are lay (non-registrants) and need to be service users or carers.
