In August 2022, 6 months after the war against Ukraine broke out, I joined Siobhan’s Trust on the ground to deliver pizzas to communities across Ukraine. It was humbling, heart warming and full of heroic individuals trying to do their very best across this war stricken country.

In August 2022, 6 months after the war against Ukraine broke out, I joined Siobhan’s Trust on the ground to deliver pizzas to communities across Ukraine. It was humbling, heart warming and full of heroic individuals trying to do their very best across this war stricken country.

Our mission was to show up to these small villages, displaced people camps, orphanages, military hospitals and let people know they haven’t been forgotten about.

On average, Australians living in rural communities die from suicide at twice the rate of those living in cities, yet those in rural communities are only able to access mental health services at a fifth of the rate of city people.

Farmers and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders are those most at risk of suicide.

The goal of this project is to travel through rural communities, and bring to light the mental health issues that plague rural Australia.

City2Summit is an aggressive physical endeavour to cycle to the top of Australia's highest mountain on a controversial share-bike by a team of 3.

So far, City2Summit has raised a approximately 8k for the Australian Mitochondrial Disease Foundation which supports those with the fatal disease in getting the best quality of life. This amount continues to rise.
