This isn’t about cost optimisation. It’s about risk management. For large enterprises, AI compute is now: - Mission-critical - Budgeted like infrastructure - Procured with multi-year horizons That naturally shifts the market away from transactional models and toward long-term, enterprise-grade capacity allocation. This is exactly why platforms built around aggregation, orchestration, and reliability matter. Not because GPUs are scarce — but because enterprise-ready compute is. From my seat as Managing Partner at Argentum AI, this is the clearest signal we see: AI infrastructure is being treated less like cloud credits and more like power, bandwidth, or data center capacity. The winners in this market won’t be the loudest. They’ll be the most dependable.

London-based Conduct has secured €11.2 million in seed funding to modernize enterprise IT systems with AI. Founded by former Palantir employees, Conduct has developed an AI platform to transform enterprise IT operations, starting with SAP. The platform allows organizations to communicate directly with their legacy ERP systems, giving IT and business leaders instant insights into complex codebases and business logic to cut task times and reduce operating costs by up to 90%. The round was led by Creandum, with participation from Lucid Capital, BOOOM💥, and angel investors from Palantir Technologies, Google DeepMind, and Workday.
