Grateful to the Chartered Management Institute and PwC Academy Middle East for the deeply insightful panel discussion on AI-Powered Leadership today. My 3 top takeaways on Navigating change as leaders in the digital economy: 1️⃣ Resource, not tool: Viewing AI as a tool may not fully unlock its true potential, use it as an additional team member. 2️⃣⁠ People leaders lead transition: People leaders are now, more than ever, responsible for taking their people (and hence their organizations) on the journey to meaningful AI integration structurally and culturally.
