Why? - Our website is our primary resource & information hub - Our website drives the highest volume of traffic and generates the most leads - People are using LLMs (ChatGPT, Perplexity) more than traditional search engines like Google LLMs provide more context-aware results. LLMs grasp the meaning behind search queries, not just the literal words someone searches. Keyword-based SEO is shifting and we made the decision to act quickly. In one month alone, we’ve tripled our website traffic through ChatGPT. Big news out of the Sisvel Wi-Fi 6 pool today. After a period of consultation, we have announced a significant reduction in the royalties to be applied to enterprise products. The compliant rate will now be $1, the standard rate $1.20. That's down from the previous $3 and $3.60 respectively. This is a big move that we believe will make the licence the pool offers a lot more attractive, so speeding up the adoption of the technology. That's a win for everyone - our patent owners, those who implement their inventions and consumers. The best patent pools stay focused on the markets they serve and listen to what participants say. They then act accordingly. That is what Sisvel has done. What's more, in the full spirit of transparency we have also published the names of the vast majority of the Wi-Fi 6 pool's licensees.
