Delivering world‑class long‑range autonomous vessels for mission‑critical deployment across defence, survey and science.
About us
ZeroUSV designs, builds and offers the Oceanus12 and Oceanus17 autonomous USVs for sale or charter. Engineered as dual‑role platforms for both mission‑critical defence operations and wide‑ranging commercial applications, our vessels deliver persistent, over‑the‑horizon capability that extends reach, enhances situational awareness and reduces risk to personnel. The Oceanus class comprises electric‑hybrid, multirole vessels built with full component failover and 100% system redundancy, ensuring continuous operation in contested, remote or high‑risk environments. With multi‑week endurance and extra‑long‑range performance of up to 5,000 Nm, Oceanus USVs support a broad spectrum of defence missions including ISR, force‑protection support and MCM‑adjacent tasks. This same defence‑grade reliability, endurance and stability make the Oceanus class exceptionally capable for hydrographic survey, environmental monitoring and scientific research. Whether conducting detailed seabed mapping, long‑duration data collection or remote oceanographic campaigns, Oceanus platforms provide the precision, persistence and payload flexibility required for complex maritime operations. ZeroUSV combines robust naval engineering with modern autonomy to deliver dependable, sovereign‑ready uncrewed systems that strengthen capability across defence, commercial and scientific domains. A busy few days for ZeroUSV at Combined Naval Event 2026. CNE has provided a valuable opportunity to connect with naval, defence and industry stakeholders, and to discuss the growing role of uncrewed surface vessels in future maritime operations. Many of the conversations have focused on themes central to the Oceanus platform approach: modular payloads, mission flexibility, persistent presence, rapid re-role and interoperability within wider maritime systems. Thank you to Navy Leaders for bringing together such a focused defence and maritime audience, and to everyone who took the time to visit the ZeroUSV team during the event. #ZeroUSV #CNE2026 #UncrewedSurfaceVessels #DefenceInnovation #Oceanus12 #Oceanus17

ZeroUSV is at Combined Naval Event 2026. CNE is a strong environment to discuss the role of uncrewed surface vessels in future maritime operations, particularly where persistence, payload flexibility and interoperability are becoming increasingly important. Following the rapid design, build and deployment of Oceanus12, ZeroUSV is now advancing Oceanus17: a larger, long-endurance USV designed to support multiple payloads, multiple mission profiles and rapid re-role between operational requirements. Across the event, we’ll be discussing how Oceanus platforms can extend operational reach, support persistent presence and integrate into wider defence and maritime networks. Come and see us at Stand A01. #ZeroUSV #Oceanus17 #CNE2026 #UncrewedSurfaceVessels #MaritimeAutonomy

ZeroUSV has made a strategic investment in Manor Marine, strengthening our ability to scale production of British-built Oceanus class uncrewed surface vessels. This investment formalises a long-standing relationship that has already delivered four Oceanus12 USVs, with construction of the first Oceanus17 continuing on schedule for delivery in early July. By securing increased production capacity at Manor Marine’s Portland shipyard, ZeroUSV is enhancing sovereign UK capability and supporting the rapid delivery of autonomous maritime systems for defence, security, survey and scientific operations. This is an important step for ZeroUSV, Manor Marine, and the wider UK maritime supply chain as demand for robust, ocean-going USVs continues to grow. ZeroUSV is advancing long-endurance autonomous ocean operations through collaboration with Thales Group, Iridium Communications and MetOcean Telematics. Together, we’re combining proven uncrewed surface vessel capability with resilient, global communications — enabling reliable operations far beyond the horizon. At the core of this is the Oceanus class, including Oceanus12 and the upcoming Oceanus17 — designed for long-endurance missions across offshore energy, environmental monitoring and maritime security. Reliable, always-on connectivity is what makes these operations possible. By integrating Thales VesseLINK™️ 700, powered by Iridium Certus®️ 700, alongside Iridium Edge®️ Solar devices, Oceanus platforms benefit from truly global, pole-to-pole coverage for command, control and data. With support from MetOcean Telematics, these systems are not only deployed — but optimised for real-world conditions. Speaking yesterday at the Iridium EMEA Partner Conference in London, Bertie Ratsey of ZeroUSV commented: “We need globally secure communications — when the chips are down, we know we can rely on Iridium, anywhere, anytime.” This is how autonomous operations move from concept to dependable capability. #USV #MaritimeAutonomy #SatelliteCommunications #MaritimeTechnology #MaritimeSecurity #OffshoreOperations #UncrewedSystems
