  • Your ABM outreach is either creepy or irrelevant. "I saw you were on our website" = creepy. Generic templated message = irrelevant. The sweet spot? Relevance that feels like support, not surveillance. Joana Petrova joined the ZenABM Bootcamp to share the Full-Stack ABM Playbook she's built running Global ABM at PageUp. 5 takeaways that hit: ✅ Relevance > quantity. Always. In a world of signals and automation, specific and meaningful beats templated and scaled every time. ✅ Win hearts, minds, AND wallets. Hearts = urgency. Minds = value. Wallets = proving ROI to the CFO. Miss any one of these and deals stall or die. ✅ Surround sound, not repeat sound. Don't blast the same message everywhere. Use display, LinkedIn, email, and direct mail to create an immersive, consistent drumbeat around your accounts. ✅ ABM needs demand gen + sales alignment. Without a focused ICP, content mapped to the buyer journey, and SDRs armed with the right talking points. ✅ Make the prospect the hero. Your product is the side character. Use their language from annual reports, websites, and meeting notes to articulate their pain better than they can. Bonus: ABM is a long game.
