After six amazing years, we’ve made a strategic decision to evolve Feedback Works in order to further scale and support our clients across a broader portfolio of services. We’re bringing the very best of Feedback Works into a new entity: XM Works — a company purpose-built to serve our valued clients across EMEA. The new name reflects our renewed focus on Experience Management — across both Employee Experience (EX) and Customer Experience (CX). We can also announce that the new company will become a Qualtrics Managed Partner, ensuring that we leverage the combined power of that relationship. I’m excited to share that I am stepping into the role of Managing Director, while Nick Armstrong continues his excellent leadership of our operations.
