Businesses and teams usually come to us for similar, practical reasons: ✔ Great location ✔ Flexible contracts ✔ Offices that just work But they don’t stay because of the square footage. They stay because: They’ve made friends. They’ve met collaborators. The kitchen chats. The Thursday drinks. The “we should totally work together” moments. They actually like coming in. They join for the office, they stay for the culture. If you’re looking for a workspace that is more than just desks and fast WiFi, you’ve found it. Between 30th March and 10th April, give your business a premium home for 50% less. Use code EASTER50 to claim 50% off day passes, offices, and meeting rooms. This March, we're proudly supporting Endometriosis UK with our Tea for Endo fundraiser across all Work.Life spaces. 💛 This year's International Women's Day theme was Give to Gain, and that's exactly the spirit behind this. When we give our time, support, and resources, we all benefit. A huge thank you to the teams and members who have already got involved, the generosity and engagement has been really something. 👏 1.5 million people in the UK live with endometriosis. We're raising funds to support women's health, drive awareness and support the vital research work Endometriosis UK does every day. There's still time to get involved before the end of the month and remember, every donation counts, not matter how small. 💛 📸 pictures of delicious afternoon teas across our spaces.

We’re incredibly proud to be a B Corp, and not for the badge or the brag, but because it keeps us honest. It means we look at (and take very seriously): 🌍 Our environmental impact 🤝 How we treat our team 🏘️ Our role in the local community 💬 How we show up for our members It’s not just one initiative but an entire system, and here’s what we love most: More and more values-led businesses are choosing to work from our Work.Life spaces. We even get the privilege of supporting some on their own B Corp journeys. When standards align, the energy changes, and the work feels more purposeful. And that’s exactly the kind of community we’ve built. Come join a workspace that actually walks the talk: https://lnkd.in/e-QcP2PV #bcorp #ethicalbusiness #sustainablework #communityfirst #workmadehappy

Every year we host a B Corp event, bringing together founders, leaders and curious minds interested in how business can be a force for good. As part of #BCorpMonth, we’re excited to do it again this year. The evening will explore how purpose-led companies are balancing growth, responsibility and real impact, and how organisations move beyond purpose statements to embed purpose into governance, culture and everyday decision-making. We’re delighted to welcome a fantastic panel of speakers: 🌱 Rebecca Lawson - Aesop 🌱 Emma Detain – Huel 🌱 Jane Firth – Vegetarian Express 🌱 Phil Hails-Smith – Joelson | B Corp 🌱 Ana Bernardo - Work.Life The evening will be hosted by Daisy Lavington from our lovely partner and member, Greenheart, with a keynote from Ella Parker If you’re a B Corp, working towards certification, or simply curious about what responsible leadership looks like in practice, we’d love you to join us. 👉 Secure your spot here: https://lnkd.in/eUATruYn

Remember when going to the office was mandatory? These days, it’s competing with your dog, your Deliveroo driver, and your sofa - which means it has to earn its place. Here at Work.Life, we don’t believe in coming into an office “just because”. We truly believe in it because we see how teams: ✨ solve problems together, better and faster ✨ learn by overhearing the smart stuff ✨ feel an energy they just can’t get on mute Workspaces should foster community and belonging - that sense of purpose where everything aligns and feels right. If the culture is worth the journey, people will make it. So let’s make the commute worth the trip. 📍 Pop in to feel the culture - book a tour: https://lnkd.in/etnzZHiJ

Looking for connection? (We're not just talking about WiFi) Happy Valentine's Day from your friendly neighbourhood workspace provider. Here's the thing: while remote work solved a lot of problems, it created a new one. Research shows that around a third of UK home workers regularly feel lonely, and 17% of British employees experience daily loneliness - making us among the loneliest workers in Europe. Even more striking? Over half of UK employees (52%) don't have any friends at work, according to LinkedIn's Workplace Confidence Index. That matters more than you might think. Research from SEFE found that 71% of UK employees have stayed in a job longer because of workplace friendships. And loneliness now costs UK employers £2.5 billion a year in lost productivity. Your career matters. But so does bumping into someone in the kitchen, grabbing coffee with a colleague, or having an actual conversation that isn't on Zoom. We're not saying the office is the answer to everything. But we are saying it's about more than desks and meeting rooms. It's about the people you see when you're there. Single hot desks available in your area... 📍 Book a tour: https://lnkd.in/etnzZHiJ Read more here: https://lnkd.in/eu7QPQSC

The workplace is shifting faster than we thought. Teams are making decisions about where to work based on things that weren't even on the radar three years ago. The biggest shift; happiness isn't just a nice-to-have anymore – it's become a genuine business metric. That's why we're backing The Happiness Index's Global Workplace Happiness Report. The data tells a story: workplaces that prioritise wellbeing aren't just nicer places to be, they're genuinely better for business. We pulled together what we're seeing – the patterns emerging across London, Manchester, and Reading. Some might feel familiar. Others might spark ideas for your own team. Have a look through and let us know what resonates with where you're at. What's changing in your workplace this year? #workplacetrends #employeewellbeing #happinessatwork #workplaceculture #futureofwork
