A busy start to the year for Arx Nova, working with leadership teams on the realities behind growth plans. We have been working with a business on a bespoke engagement to stress test their growth plans for the year ahead. That meant sitting down with the board and leadership team to challenge assumptions, assess infrastructure, pressure test resourcing and examine where growth would place real strain on the business. We applied the same lens we use in crisis situations and asked, if this plan starts to wobble, where do the cracks form first? Growth does not just mean building. It means understanding the foundations you are building on. Most instability does not appear overnight. It forms quietly, often when ambition outpaces capacity. This work sits slightly outside our usual remit.
