Connect is an analytics layer that sits between on both your website and purchase pathway, absorbing many different data sources and creating actionable insights into ALL journeys, not just sales. Respectful of data privacy, and only capturing those with correct cookie permissions, connect tracks every action of your users, and stitches together every session they make. Imagine being able to automatically tag users that come in solely from discount sites, or if a patron abandons a basket. Grab info like seats chosen, stage abandoned, attribution, and feed that into your venues marketing & email tools. We are also releasing intent - a method for grading sessions based completely on that users previous web sessions. Serial abandoners may well have lower intent scoring that a user that purchases every other session on your site... targeting the right person with the right message can make all the difference. Integrations live with Spektrix, Tessitura and Line-up, plus another in Beta which I am very excited about.

After a bit of a hiatus, we have caught up on a significant backlog of listings. Looking forward to introducing a whole range of new suppliers soon! The reason for the delay is an exciting update to our listings pages, streamlining the data points and firming up structure... Which has allowed us to bring supplier login, so that your listings can be self managed, allow everything on a profile to be added to, edited or connected. This will be rolling out soon, and contacts will get a account email that they can use to register. Another new feature is that registered suppliers being able to access contacts for any other registered suppliers, hopefully increasing the comms between suppliers or at least making it easier to find a useful contacts. An additional perk for those who've signed up. This is all underpinned by a full CRUD API - an exciting technical development that makes it possible to do lots of exciting things in the future. The updates are rolling out over the coming weeks, starting with the listing pages and API which are live now!

keep your eyes peeled for the new system coming over the next few weeks. 👀
A few things in the works at TicketingStack worth sharing. We're rebuilding the front end — cleaner, easier to navigate, and better at showing how everything on the platform connects. The relationships between vendors are the whole point, so we want the platform to actually reflect that rather than get in the way of it. We're also introducing an API, which will let vendors manage their own listings and push updates themselves without having to come through us. That's coming in the near future. 🧑💻 And something we're working towards: a contact directory built into vendor profiles. If you're listed and want to get in touch with someone at another company — but haven't been introduced yet — you'll be able to do that directly from their page. It'll be available to logged-in users only, and if you're already listed you'll get a login as part of that. Next week is content week, migration to TstackV2, and rebuilding forms to include relevant captures. After all those years prepping clients for content input on website projects. it feels a little weird to be in that position myself 😂😂😂 Brief pause on new listings, but it will be worth it Looking forward to sharing more, but let me know what might be useful for a directory!

We are excited to see one of the topics at Ticketing Business Forum is focused on the sustainable readiness of the ticketing industry. Carolyn Sims needs the help of the wonderful vendor listed to complete a short survey to help assess the state of the industry. Please please take five minutes of your day and give it a quick fill in. https://lnkd.in/eG7bZ5Ff Thankyou 🌟

Connect has been live for a couple of weeks now, and tracked over a quarter of a million website & purchase pathway interactions over two different ticketing systems. Yesterday, we implemented a session summary process which allows for accurate collection of UTM & multi-touch attribution across root & subdomain out of the box, and bundling up interesting insights such as 🔗 Linked pages - which pages convert more highly when viewed together. 📝 tag by URL - highlight any customer who has looked at a specific page in a timeframe. great for presales and membership prospecting. We have also tracked 1200 basket abandonment with a 28% identification rate on browsing abandons (before login) tracking £162,000 of abandoned revenue. More on the way 👀 what insights would your organisation want to see written back from web traffic to your CRM

📊 𝗗𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗯𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘆! The hard part is the plumbing underneath - and that's where the real value is. When organisations say they want “a dashboard”, what they need is 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁. They want to see a number from one system with context from another: • Sales • Budget • Footfall • Historical comparisons And all of it aligned, accurate, and timely. The real work isn’t the charts. It’s: • Designing a clean data model • Handling edge cases (refunds, reallocations, amendments) • Automating reliable daily extracts • Ensuring governance and access control That’s the layer most spreadsheet-based processes never solve - they just rebuild it manually each month. 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲 focuses on building that foundation properly, so reporting becomes stable rather than fragile. If your reporting relies on heroic effort behind the scenes, the problem isn’t your people. It’s your architecture. #BusinessIntelligence #DataArchitecture #Dashboards #ArtsTech #Datarelle
