About us
The Conveyancing Foundation is a registered not-for-profit charity. Established by conveyancers to help conveyancers, and others in the property industry, to raise awareness and funds for their chosen charities through the Charity Lotto, Grant Scheme and Be Kind We Care Initiative. The Charity Lotto: Professionals in the property industry are known for their knack for trying out new things, and the Charity Lotto gives them a fantastic way to contribute to causes they care about. The Conveyancing Foundation Charity Lotto assists conveyancers, estate agents, and other individuals in the property industry in raising funds for their preferred charities. Since its establishment in 2010, the Charity Lotto has raised over £1 million to champion truly remarkable causes, earning recognition from various industry awards. Becoming a Charity Lotto member couldn’t be simpler: just select the charity you wish to support, promote the Charity Lotto to your clients, and collect the £10 entry fee. Each month, lucky winners take home £500 in cash. Our Foundation isn't in it for profit; we're all about helping conveyancing firms raise money for the charities they love. Be Kind We Care Initiative: The Be Kind We Care initiative has been launched by the Conveyancing Foundation to encourage kind behaviour within our industry whilst also helping support charities providing mental health welfare initiatives. Regardless of how difficult everyday life can become, especially when working under pressure, it is crucial to respect one another and to be kind. Working collectively to be professional and kind in our communications can only have a positive impact. Our aim is to encourage kind and professional behaviour within our industry and raise much-needed funds to charities focused on mental health and wellbeing. We hope that the property industry embraces this initiative.

Today 8 friends and I begin a 250-mile cycling pilgrimage in memory of my son Max, from hometown Monmouth in Wales to Canterbury in Kent, where Max went to university. In December Max would have been 30 years old, and we have set ourselves the target of raising £50k for The Mindstep Foundation to support mental health awareness and suicide prevention. Every mile is for Max and for every family facing the unthinkable. Please support or share if you can - thank you x #Mindstep #MentalHealthAwareness #SuicidePrevention

It’s not often you get a second chance…. But this time, you do! Over the past few weeks, we’ve had countless conversations with firms and individuals who want to enter The Conveyancing Awards but simply ran out of time. And we get it - between completion deadlines, client demands and the everyday pressures of working in property, preparing an award submission doesn’t always make it to the top of the list. So we’ve decided to give you a little more breathing room….at least until the end of the month. In the spirit of #NationalConveyancingMonth, we’ve extended the deadline for entries to 31st March. Our judging panel will have just two weeks to review all submissions in time to announce the shortlist on 14th April. If you want to see your name on that list, make sure to get your hat in the ring. Time is running out! ⏰ For this month only, get two tickets for the price of one - a saving of £295. And if you’d like to treat the whole team to a night out, you can reserve a table for half the usual price: 10 seats for the price of 5.
