Every six months, we recognise five outstanding team members across Audeliss Executive Search, INvolve - The Inclusion People, The Black British Business Awards, and TNON - The Network of Networks who truly bring these values to life, helping to build a stronger, more connected, and more impactful community. This week, we’re delighted to celebrate Katie Litchfield, Director at Audeliss and our Have a Growth Mindset Award winner. Katie is the embodiment of a growth mindset, approaching every challenge as an opportunity while continuously evolving her approach and driving strong commercial results. Most recently, Katie was named one of the Top 100 Influential People for 2026 by Awards Intelligence, recognising her wider impact as a changemaker shaping the future and raising the bar across business and society.
