Our celebration of the MATCH Values continues! Last year, we introduced five core values that define how we work, lead and grow together as a company. These values reflect who we are, what we stand for, and how we create impact across our businesses: Make Time for Fun, Act with Authenticity, Test the Status Quo, Collaborate with Agility, and Have a Growth Mindset. Every six months, we recognise five outstanding team members across Audeliss Executive Search, INvolve - The Inclusion People, The Black British Business Awards, and TNON - The Network of Networks who truly bring these values to life, helping to build a stronger, more connected, and more impactful community. This week, we’re delighted to celebrate Katie Litchfield, Director at Audeliss and our Have a Growth Mindset Award winner. Katie is the embodiment of a growth mindset, approaching every challenge as an opportunity while continuously evolving her approach and driving strong commercial results. Most recently, Katie was named one of the Top 100 Influential People for 2026 by Awards Intelligence, recognising her wider impact as a changemaker shaping the future and raising the bar across business and society. We’ve now come to the end of celebrating our MATCH Values Award Winners, highlighting the incredible impact they’re making across our businesses. We look forward to recognising the next round of winners in six months’ time. #MATCHValues #CompanyCulture #Leadership
