About us

Studio Lambert is a fast-growing independent television production company based in London, Manchester and Los Angeles. It is part of All3Media. Stephen Lambert, creator of many well-known global formats including Wife Swap, Secret Millionaire and Faking It, launched the company in 2008. It quickly grew a reputation on both sides of the Atlantic for making innovative and popular unscripted shows. Creative director Tim Harcourt joined in 2012 and leads the company's unscripted business-winning in the UK, while in Los Angeles Greg Goldman joined as president of Studio Lambert USA in 2013 to create and oversee original unscripted programming as well as help bring the company's UK formats to the US market. In America, Studio Lambert produces in partnership with All3Media America (click here for further information about All3Media America). In 2015, Studio Lambert established a scripted division run by Susan Hogg to produce high-quality drama series with British and American writers, directors and on-screen talent. All3Media International distribute Studio Lambert's formats and finished programmes internationally.

  • STUDIO LAMBERT is looking for a HR Administrator to join our in-house HR Team. This is a 6 month fixed term contract and we are looking for a candidate to start ASAP. Responsibilities for this role are varied and include issuing and logging contracts, maintaining all right to work paperwork, weekly reporting, requesting IT set up and deactivation, paperwork and welcome emails for all new users. You will assist with production reporting, training, charity fundraisers across our offices and handling ad hoc queries as they arise. You will report to our HR Manager and Head of HR as well as liaising with other departments when needed. The ideal candidate will have: Previous experience in HR/Finance/Payroll administration Experience working in the media sector (though not essential) Strong written, numeracy and communication skills A keen eye for detail Working understand of the Microsoft office suite (especially Excel and Outlook) Discretion in working with confidential data The role is London based, Monday to Friday with at least 2 days a week in our Central London offices.   • Studio Lambert, in partnership with Amazon MGM Studios, is offering a unique opportunity for an experienced researcher to step up into a specialist Edit Assistant Producer role through a structured 22-week traineeship.     The first series of The Celebrity Traitors concluded its run with an incredible 15 million faithful viewers and has become the biggest title of 2025 across the UK at 7 days so far this year, including scripted, unscripted and events. 🤩 The Celebrity Traitors has seen the biggest on-demand audience of any series across the market at 7 days since records began (including both BVOD and SVOD). Episode 6 has seen the highest 28 day figure for the series so far at 15.2m. The series to date at 28 days (episodes 1 to 6) has averaged 14.8 million viewers per episode, with 3.1m 16-34 year olds tuning in. Phew. As if that weren’t enough?     The Celebrity Traitors has over 11.7 million faithful viewers so far 🙌 The time for talk is over... the first episode has already been watched by over 11.7M viewers to date and continues to grow, with 2.2M 16-34 year olds tuning in. This makes the series debut of The Celebrity Traitors the biggest unscripted episode across the UK market since 2022*.   Captivating audiences nationwide, a star-studded cast are playing for the chance to win up to £100,000 for their chosen charities.
