OUR RESELFRIDGES 2025 REPORT At Selfridges, sustainability is an integral part of who we are and is embedded into how we operate. We continue to invest in circular ways to shop - from pre‑loved and resale to repair, refill and recycling - bringing these services together with new products as part of one seamless shopping experience. Across the business, we’ve continued to strengthen standards and transparency with brands and suppliers, while also focusing on reducing our waste and environmental impact, working alongside organisations such as the Ethical Trading Initiative and Fashion Leap for Climate. Our 2025 Reselfridges Report outlines our recent progress, key learnings, and the focus areas and measures that will guide the next five years to ensure our work remains relevant and delivers long‑term impact. INTRODUCING: MAGCULTURE The next stage of our creative scheme, Club Culture, has arrived at #SelfridgesLondon - introducing MagCulture. For six weeks, MagCulture takes up residence as a central meeting spot and dedicated magazine shop: a sanctuary for creatives and lovers of print. The installation, located at the Art Block in the Accessories Hall on G, brings a shoppable selection of 200 magazines representing the best of the new generation of indie titles, alongside a destination for magazine launches. Inspired by the Clerkenwell original, the space features terrazzo flooring and Vitsoe 606 shelving, displaying publications including MacGuffin, Interview, Scary Boots and Toothsome. Step outside onto Duke Street and you will find the Club Culture Kiosk, serving takeaway coffee, tea and matcha from within an iconic modular K67 kiosk. CLUB CULTURE Running from 19 March to 20 June, Club Culture has transformed Selfridges into a club for clubs. A community noticeboard where magazine collectors, car enthusiasts, cinephiles and more can find their people and share their passions. Readers. Drivers. Makers. Eaters. Ravers. Shoppers. This Spring, we’re inviting customers to feel deeper, think deeper, and connect more.

THE CORNER SHOP: COACH CHARM PLAYGROUND This week, we opened the doors to the Coach Charm Playground, a four-week immersive pop-up in our Corner Shop at #SelfridgesLondon. The experience brings Coach’s iconic imagery to life at a never-before-seen scale - including a 3.4-metre Rexy dinosaur adapted into a working slide, an apple-shaped photo booth referencing the brand’s New York heritage, and an oversized Tabby bag serving as both an interactive display and monogramming station. At the heart of the installation is a charm and customisation station, with a residency from London-based tattoo artist The Social offering bespoke personalisation throughout the duration of the pop-up. Guests can explore the full Tabby 26 and Tabby 36 range across a range of leathers, colourways, and exclusive options, alongside key silhouettes from the Coach New York family. The final two weeks will also feature an exclusive product selection developed in collaboration with Los Angeles creative collective Brain Dead.

CELEBRATING INTERNATIONAL WOMEN’S DAY AT SELFRIDGES Today we’re marking International Women's Day 2026, a global moment to recognise and celebrate the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women around the world. At Selfridges, championing women has long been part of our story. In our earliest years, we were known for being the first department store to introduce women’s public toilets in London and supporting the women’s suffrage movement. That legacy continues today. From the Women for Women International Car Boot Sale to our partnership with Diversity in Retail, as well as our Open to the World DEI Strategy, we are focused on creating meaningful and equitable opportunities across our business and beyond. And we’re proud of the progress we’re making. Today, 62% of leadership roles at Selfridges are held by women, exceeding our baseline commitment of 50% women in leadership. Last year, we also achieved our lowest gender pay gap since reporting began. This year, we’re marking International Women’s Day with an all-company activity inspired by the 2026 global theme ‘Give to Gain’. Our teams are coming together to connect and bring the spirit of #GivetoGain to life across our business by sharing their time, mentorship, advocacy, opportunities and recognition with one another. Happy International Women’s Day, Team Selfridges! #InternationalWomensDay #TeamSelfridges #GiveToGain

CELEBRATING THE YEAR OF THE HORSE WITH OUR TEAM MEMBERS AND CUSTOMERS Fresh starts, meaningful exchanges and time well spent – at Selfridges this year we strived to truly celebrate the spirit of The Year of the Horse. We embraced a season defined by movement, ambition and abundance, stepping into the new year with purpose, prosperity and polished optimism. Our artwork to mark The Year of The Horse was created in collaboration with artist-designer duo Alexis Jamet and Manon Cezaro, whose practice spans graphic design, animation and installation. The French duo, now based in Tokyo, have worked together since 2017, establishing a visual language of fuzzy, colourful textures and anthropomorphic objects. We also celebrated with both our customers and #TeamSelfridges alike with two wishing trees placed on display in our Trafford and Oxford Street stores. These proved so popular that our Trafford tree was entirely covered in wishes after the second day! Happy New Year Everyone!

THE BIG YELLOW REVEAL: A STRATEGY ROLLOUT LIKE NO OTHER Unveiling a bold new Selfridges Vision, Purpose and Strategy needs its big (yellow) moment. For the past month, we have been informing our Team Members about our exciting plans for 2026 and beyond in a typically Selfridges style. It all started in January in the Cinema at Battersea Power Station where we unveiled our plans to an audience of Selfridges senior leaders. There were speeches, short films, popcorn, and even a bit of interpretative dance! We followed up with a series of roadshows at each Selfridges location, bringing all of #TeamSelfridges on the strategy journey with us. It’s essential to us that our vision, purpose and strategy are living frameworks that guide decision-making, culture and ambition, not static statements – and that starts with our Team Members.
