Most SEO teams in 2026 use AI somewhere. Almost none have connected the full pipeline. Research happens in one tool. Briefs are written manually. Drafts are generated in another. Optimisation in a third. Publishing is copy-paste. Every handoff is a gap where time dies and quality drops. The system below replaces every handoff with an agent. The diagram shows the full pipeline we built for SEO-led B2B clients at RZLT.

A founder we work with at RZLT records voice memos after every meeting. Customer calls, internal debates, podcasts they listened to, conferences they attended. Two to five minutes each. Fireflies.ai and Otter.ai transcribe automatically. The transcripts pile up. Once a week, we cluster the memos by theme. For this founder, three pillars emerged organically over the first month. Compliance friction in fintech. Capital efficiency for early-stage teams. Hiring engineers who can ship fast. Every Monday, a Claude prompt loads the latest transcripts and the founder's previous best-performing LinkedIn posts. It produces eight to ten draft posts in their voice. The founder reviews and edits in 25 minutes flat. Three posts go live that week. Same time slots. Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday. Six months in, the account has 18,000 followers. Inbound is split roughly even between potential customers, potential hires, and potential investors. The founder spends 30 minutes a week on content. The system works because the founder's actual thinking is the input. Claude isn't generating ideas. It's processing and structuring thinking that already happened. We build founder content engines at RZLT for B2B SaaS, AI, and fintech founders who want to scale their voice without losing it. If that's you right now, the link's in the comments. 👇

Last week, RZLT was in Milan for AI WEEK 2026. Ranko Gajanovic and Josip Vlah were on the ground across both days at Fiera Milano Rho. Close to 30,000 people, 700 speakers from 78 countries, 17 stages running simultaneously. The 7th edition and by far the largest one yet. One framing from the event stuck with us. Raffaele Gaito made the case that 2025 was the year of ChatGPT, Gemini, and Copilot. Traditional chat interfaces. 2026 is something different. A new category he calls agentic environments, persistent AI systems that use tools and operate autonomously inside business workflows. The businesses that treat agentic AI as infrastructure rather than experimentation are already operating at a different level. Full breakdown in the blog. Link in comments. 👇

RZLT | REZOLUT reposted this
Atlas is live, browse the Croatian / Balkan AI Landscape, explore companies, read the journals and deep dives and many more aspects. Please note that it's still in the beta, there's a lot of startups and founders building within the space so we will be adding everything on weekly basis and updating the companies, additionally, we will expand to the balkan market. The goal of atlas is to foster the relationship between the founders, show what the countries have to offer and create stories about the companies being build in the space. If there's any ideas, partnership opportunities, events to co-host etc.. please do let me know would love to explore it. As stated, the first draft is here, more things to come. Huge thanks to Ranko Gajanovic, Nikola Nikolov and the rest of the RZLT | REZOLUT team for putting this up. Wanna check it out? Link is below:

How do you tell if your AI product positioning is working? There are 3 signs. 1. How prospects describe your product back to you on sales calls. If they say "AI-powered [category]," your positioning hasn't landed. They're using your homepage copy as a placeholder. If they say something specific about the outcome ("the thing that does contract review in minutes"), the positioning is doing its job. 2. Competitive deal loss reasons. If you lose deals to "they had a better demo" or "they felt more established," your proof mechanism is weak. AI buyers in 2026 are skeptical by default. Without specific proof points (customer metrics, third-party benchmarks, demos on their data), you lose to whoever feels safer. 3. Inbound conversation quality. Strong positioning attracts buyers who already know they need what you do. Weak positioning attracts buyers who need education first. If your sales team is spending the first 15 minutes of every call explaining the category, your positioning is making them do work it should be doing for free. We run positioning sprints at RZLT for AI-first companies preparing for a launch, a raise, or a category shift. If that's you right now, the link's in the comments. 👇

The highest-leverage activity in B2B marketing right now is account research. Not content production. Not paid acquisition. Not nurture sequences. Account research. A 2-page POV doc, built for one company, sourced from their last earnings call, public roadmap, hiring signals, and competitive pressure, takes 30 to 45 minutes to produce with Claude. It costs less than a single LinkedIn ad campaign. Delivered to the right four people on the buying committee, it produces meeting acceptance rates between 35% and 60%. Compared to templated outbound sequences running at 1.5%, the math doesn't need explaining. The teams scaling this are running 50 to 100 POV docs a quarter. The teams not scaling it are still A/B testing subject lines. We run account research engines at RZLT for B2B SaaS and AI-first companies with target lists between 50 and 200 accounts. If that's your team right now, the link's in the comments. 👇

Most AI products in 2026 sell themselves the same way: "AI-powered [category] that saves you time." The homepage copy is interchangeable. The demo decks blur together. Buyers default to whoever they've heard of. We swipe through the six-component framework that fixes this. Built on April Dunford's positioning model, with one addition for AI products in 2026. Save this for your next positioning sprint. 🔖
