It was another fantastic and hugely successful week at UKREiiF 2026 for the Quod team. UKREiiF continues to demonstrate the real value of bringing together developers, investors, the public sector and consultants in one place. Throughout the week, there was a genuine sense of collaboration across the industry, with honest conversations focused on the opportunities, challenges and solutions shaping the future of development, infrastructure and planning all across the UK. Across the week, our colleagues were involved in a wide range of thought leadership sessions, roundtables, panel discussions, client events and wellbeing initiatives – showcasing the breadth of expertise across Quod and strengthening our strong relationships throughout the industry. We kicked things off with a record turnout at Sportif, which Quod proudly sponsors each year. Highlights included: 🔹 James Beynon and Rebecca Burnhams hosting Quod’s Sports Infrastructure roundtable with experts across the industry including representatives from Tottenham Hotspur FC and Birmingham City FC, discussing stadium delivery, training ground planning and the importance of meaningful community engagement 🔹 Thomas Hatch and the Development Economics team lead a packed session on unlocking housing delivery in London, attended by representatives from the GLA’s New Homes Accelerator Team and MHCLG 🔹 Angie Fenton and James Guthrie hosting Quod’s Industrial Leaders Lunch at Harvey Nichols 🔹 Carly Vince chaired the “Digital Infrastructure: Powering Modern Industrial Growth” roundtable alongside partners at Invest Hertfordshire 🔹 Quod and Urban&Civic leading a roundtable on ‘Strategic sites’ with representatives from Homes England, government, local authorities and major developers to discuss the benefits of creating a Super Strategic Site designation lead by Tom Dobson 🔹 Emma Lancaster joined two panel at the conference, the first Moda + Caddick pavilion titled “The New Industrial Revolution: Sheds, Data Centres and the Future of Logistics”, and second in the Harworth Regeneration Pavillion on Wednesday: The housing viability crisis and the role of state capitalism 🔹 Richard Frudd being announced as Chair of the North East and Yorkshire Hub for The Association for Rental Living from September 🔹 Lizzy Cormack and Emma Bilton leading a wellbeing-focused yoga event in Quod’s new Leeds office in partnership with Real Estate UK Futures. The week also included a number of dinners, networking events and social gatherings hosted by Quod teams across infrastructure, commercial, living and strategic land sectors.
