Co-production has become an increasingly important area of discussion within Positive Behaviour Support. This Learning Lunch will look back at how the field developed in its early days, how thinking has shifted over time, and what co-production looks like in PBS today.
Presented by Kirsty Bishop and Gina Karlberg from Positive Support Group, this Learning Lunch will reflect on that journey – where co-production in PBS has come from, how it has shaped practice today, and where there is still more to do.
We’re also delighted to be joined for the Q&A by Caroline Dench, who brings a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to this area of work. Caroline is a Clinical Psychologist and Co-ordinator at the Callan Institute, Ireland, and an Adjunct Associate Professor at University College Dublin. Throughout her career, she has been closely involved in research and work that centres collaboration, inclusion, and genuine partnership with people and families.
The session is on demand, offers 1 CEU for BCBAs/UKBA (cert), and is open to anyone interested in developing more collaborative ways of working.
