Big thanks to Yoan Kübler from EA Playdemic's Art team for speaking with Game Art students at University of the Arts London this week. Yoan shared insights from his journey in the games industry, showcased artwork created for Golf Clash, and gave students a behind-the-scenes look at the creative processes that bring the game to life. From workflows and collaboration, to the creation of Golf Clash balls and Hole Explosions, as well as how real-world golf courses are translated into the game, it was a fantastic session packed with practical knowledge and inspiration. We love opportunities like this to connect with emerging talent, share industry experience, and support the next generation of game artists. Thanks again to UAL for having us — and to all the students for the great engagement and questions throughout the session! 📩 Interested in hosting a similar talk next academic year? Feel free to get in touch. #EA #Playdemics #GolfClash #GameArt #GameDevelopment #StudentTalent #UAL #GamesIndustry #ArtTeam | Electronic Arts (EA) | Natasha Vincent | Luca Risino

What a day! A massive thank you to everyone involved in last week’s SpecialEffect Football 5s event — together we raised an incredible £47,321 for an amazing cause 👏💙 Team EA Manchester had a strong run through the group stages: 🔥 Unbeaten record ⚽ 18 goals scored 🧤 Only 2 conceded Sadly, the dream ended in the semi-finals after their competition took “competitive gaming” very seriously on the pitch too 😅🏆Well Played! Most importantly, it was another brilliant day played in fantastic spirit by everyone involved. Proud to see the community come together for such an important cause. Huge thanks again to Team EA Manchester and everyone who participated! 💙⚽️ #WeAreEA #SpecialEffect #Football5s #TeamEA | Electronic Arts (EA) | Nick Streeter, SpecialEffect | Dylan Caddick | Beck Phillips | Ben Ramsour | Raghunandh Sekar | Carl Morris | Dean Mckeown | Luca Corsini
