From our amazing Country Directors (pictured) to the thousands of volunteers behind the scenes, they help bring science out of the lab and into pubs and cafés across 28 countries. Their energy, care, and commitment are what make the festival possible year after year. They’re not “just” organising events. They’re building bridges between researchers and the public, creating welcoming spaces, coordinating teams and venues, and making science feel accessible to everyone.
