  • Football Shirt Friday brings people together in support of children and families affected by cancer ⚽💛 On 29 May, colleagues across Omega 365 took part by wearing football shirts representing clubs and countries from around the world in support of the Norwegian Childhood Cancer Society. The annual initiative raises awareness and funds for children undergoing cancer treatment and their families. A small change to the dress code, but an important opportunity to show support and contribute to a cause that touches many lives.

  • Change itself is rarely the challenge. The real challenge is helping people adopt it. In the next episode of Beyond the Baseline, Tom Phythian, PMP and Aleksej Sirokij explore why project teams sometimes resist change and what organizations can do to create smoother implementation journeys🎯 They’ll discuss: • Common barriers to adoption • How collaboration drives successful change • Practical implementation approaches that help teams move forward • Why moving beyond "that's not how we do it" can unlock better project outcomes Following a brief battle with connectivity in our last episode, Aleksej is busy testing signal strength somewhere in the Lithuanian countryside, while Tom seems convinced Norway is the safer option. Fortunately, they’ll both be joining us live from Omega 365 headquarters in Ølensvåg, Norway, for the next episode. 📅 Thursday, June 4 ⏰ 15:00–15:30 CEST Register here or via the link in the comments: https://lnkd.in/euFxCpV8
