  • Most corporate learning doesn't fail because of bad intentions. It fails because someone asked the wrong question at the start. The question wasn't "how do we make people feel connected?", It was "how do we get people to complete this training?" There's a world of difference. Completion rates are not learning outcomes. Ticking a box is not behaviour change. Clicking 'Next' is not understanding. The organisations getting this right are the ones asking: "How do we get people to feel engaged and curious about this?"   • We teamed up with Benugo, Searcys and Notes Coffee Roasters to rethink allergen training and turn it into something people actually want to engage with. We wanted to give every team member the clarity and confidence to make safe decisions in the moments that matter. By building role-specific modules for food handlers and Allergy Champions, we brought everyday scenarios to life through interactive, story-led learning. The outcome was stronger consistency, greater assurance and accredited training that genuinely supports teams on the ground.   • Most compliance training still talks at people. Far too often we see endless slides, policy overload and dull quizzes that feel more like punishment than learning. It’s no wonder it rarely sticks. But compliance can be something else entirely.
