Welcome to LIV Golf, where we supercharge the game of golf and help transform it into the sport it’s destined to become.

About us

LIV Golf is a global sports league featuring individual and team competition, a 14-tournament schedule, and many of the world’s best golfers. Founded in 2021, LIV Golf League was designed to expand the game on an international level and unlock the sport’s true economic and societal potential. Greg Norman, Hall of Fame golfer and renowned businessman, is the league’s first and founding CEO and Commissioner. With tournaments across North and Latin Americas, Asia, Australia, the Middle East and Europe, LIV Golf is growing and improving the game for fans and golfers alike. LIV Golf launched in 2022 as an eight-event ‘Invitational Series', while simultaneously backing The International Series as an exciting new addition to the Asian Tour. 2023 saw the inaugural LIV Golf League host 14 events around the world, from Adelaide to Chicago, Andalucía to Singapore, as well as launch the game’s first Team franchises, captained by some of golf’s most decorated superstars. The format, respecting the historic traditions of the game, has been optimized for modern-day sports fans: 3 days, 54 holes, no cut, and a shotgun start - offering an immersive fan experience, with a faster pace of play to drive engaging storylines. In 2024, LIV Golf further expanded the reach of the League, splitting the schedule between some of the most iconic venues across Asia, Europe and the Middle East with decorated venues in the US. The full player pathway, created in partnership with the Asian Tour, also launched, with the game’s first ever player Promotion and Relegation and Player Transfer Window. Off the course, LIV Golf League is dedicated to enhancing the wellbeing of its communities through its ground-breaking social impact and sustainability strategy. ‘Potential, Unleashed’ reflects the league’s commitment to giving back and improving the world through golf.

LIV Golf Fireballs GC player Josele Ballester announced himself on the world stage last weekend with a commanding three-shot victory at the Public Investment Fund (PIF) Saudi International powered by SoftBank Investment Advisers, closing with a brilliant six-under 65 to secure his first professional win. Despite appearing in only six LIV Golf events in 2025, he still finished 35th in the League - a fitting performance for the 22-year-old son of two Spanish Olympians.   Just 20 days earlier, Legion XIII’s Tom McKibbin delivered a statement of his own with a record-setting win at the 2025 Link Hong Kong Open. Competing in another International Series event, Tom showed precision and composure from the first tee to the final putt, separating himself from the field with confidence beyond his years.   Josele’s win in Riyadh and Tom’s triumph in Hong Kong carry enormous significance. This season, the 22-year-olds gained invaluable experience inside the LIV Golf arena - competing alongside Captains Sergio García and Jon Rahm, two of the most disciplined and fiercely competitive athletes in the game. In an environment where mentorship meets elite competition, these rising stars sharpened their craft week after week against one of the strongest global fields in modern golf.   And they are far from alone. Joséle and Tom are part of a new wave of talent redefining the sport’s future - an elite LIV Golf class poised to make its presence felt across the global ecosystem. Joaquín Niemann (Chile, 26) is coming off a record-setting campaign with five individual wins in 2025 and seven career victories, the most in LIV Golf history. David Puig (Spain, 23) delivered one of the most complete seasons of any young professional - finishing 10th in the standings and becoming the first player to reach eight team victories. And Caleb Surratt (USA, 21) unleashed the longest drive of the 2025 season, a towering 488-yard blast in Mexico City - while also joining Jon, Tom, and Tyrrell Hatton on the 2025 Team Championship podium.   Together, Josele, Tom, Joaquín, David, and Caleb represent a generation defined not just by power and precision, but by confidence, focus, and a global heritage. Guided by world-class Captains, competing on storied courses around the world, and training beside Major champions and Ryder Cup legends, they are shaping the future of the sport in real time.   The next generation isn’t waiting its turn. They’re already here - competing fearlessly, learning purposefully, and inspiring a new era of fans around the world. This is just the beginning.

This weekend’s Public Investment Fund (PIF) Saudi International powered by SoftBank Investment Advisers - the final event of the 2025 The International Series season on the Asian Tour - offered a clear look at modern golf in action: global competitors, open pathways, a breakthrough victory for rising LIV Golf talent Josele Ballester, and a finale that showcased how performance on a global stage creates real movement across the sport.   Zimbabwe’s Scott Vincent and Japan’s Yosuke Asaji earned their places in the 2026 LIV Golf League through the season-long International Series pathway, fittingly joining a roster of players now representing 16 countries across the League.   Scott delivered one of the most complete International Series campaigns - from a dominant 14-under, four-shot win in Morocco with 17 greens hit in the final round to a runner-up finish in Jakarta - earning his return to LIV Golf after previously competing in the League and having won the International Series Rankings in 2022. Yosuke produced a historic year of his own, becoming the first Japanese player in nearly 50 years to win the 2025 Moutai Singapore Open with a 19-under performance sealed by a sudden-death playoff birdie - a defining moment in his undeniable rise up the International Series standings.   Their journeys reinforce a core belief of ours: the sport advances when opportunity widens, competition is elevated, and players are empowered to steer their competitive journey and build their brands globally - and when they do, fandom, partnerships, growth, and impact naturally follow. Under the stewardship of Rahul Singh, Head of The International Series at LIV Golf and Cho Minn Thant, CEO and Commissioner of the Asian Tour, The International Series continues to continues to play an essential role in that evolution, staging events in 17 countries over the past four years and, in 2025 alone, hosting 364 unique players from 41 nations across nine events - including 127 local and regional players, of whom 22 were amateurs. A powerful demonstration of scale, access, and global ambition.   The game advances when its doors open rather than close - when pathways like The International Series create a platform for talent to emerge, for careers to accelerate, and for the sport to expand its reach and relevance worldwide. We’re proud of the standard Scott and Yosuke have set, and proud of the broader architecture of opportunity this model represents. Welcome to 2026.

Today, LIV Golf team Cleeks Golf Club welcomes French golf star Victor Perez to one of our most globally minded and distinctive teams - completing a 2026 roster featuring athletes from Germany, Poland, England, and now France. His arrival also marks the first French player in LIV Golf history, expanding a global league roster that now represents 16 countries. Victor brings world-class performance and an international résumé that aligns perfectly with the Cleeks’ identity as one of the League’s most innovative and intentional teams. His achievements span some of the sport’s most meaningful stages, from titles at the 2019 Alfred Dunhill Links Championship, the 2022 Dutch Open, and the 2023 Abu Dhabi HSBC Championship to representing France at the 2024 Olympic Games. Victor’s competitive play and global experience make him a powerful addition as LIV Golf enters its most international season yet, with 14 events across ten countries and five continents. Cleeks GC distinctively and consistently blends elite competition with a clear sense of culture, personality, and purpose. Under Captain Martin Kaymer’s leadership - supported by Richard Bland, Adrian Meronk, and now Victor - this team continues to demonstrate what a modern golf club can be: competitive, global, and culturally resonant. Guided by the vision and direction of General Manager Jonas Mårtensson - and fueled by initiatives spanning fashion collaborations, artistic partnerships, and more – Cleeks GC has developed a powerful team ethos, and continues to demonstrate how performance and creativity amplify one another. I look forward to seeing Victor compete in the Cleeks’ signature green as this team continues to inspire and shape the future of our league. Bienvenue dans la famille LIV Golf!

In September, LIV Golf announced its first-ever title-sponsored event - HSBC LIV Golf Hong Kong - to be held March 5 - 8, 2026, at the historic Hong Kong Golf Club, the oldest golf club in China. A reflection of our accelerating momentum and expanding global reach, LIV Golf has unveiled its 2026 schedule earlier than ever - a 14-tournament season spanning ten countries across five continents, including our first event in Africa, with players representing 15 nations.   HSBC’s legacy in golf spans more than two decades, and LIV Golf is proud to join the roster of celebrated events within its family - including The Open, AIG Women’s Open, HSBC Women’s World Championship, and more. Notably, LIV Golf players on Crushers GC and Majesticks GC are the first professional golfers in HSBC’s history to don the brand’s marks on their collars - a special honor from this iconic golf sponsor.   For 160 years, HSBC has been connecting Hong Kong to the world. HSBC LIV Golf Hong Kong underscores our shared values of innovation, accessibility, and global impact - reflecting our mutual commitment to bringing the game and its elite competitors to global audiences and new generations. We look forward to returning to Fanling in 2027 and continuing to build a platform where our players, partners, and fans can experience the game we love together.   Yesterday, tickets officially went on sale for the inaugural HSBC LIV Golf Hong Kong - an event poised to become a landmark in both the city’s sporting story and golf’s modern era.

  • As part of our mission to engage new golf fans and grow our global audience, this year, we launched a YouTube-specific video series, The Duels. This golf creator-professional golfer showdown was filmed before LIV Golf events across the globe and featured a 9-hole scramble format. Following an incredibly successful launch in Miami this April, which earned over 1M YouTube views in 24 hours, our team announced four more Duels. The videos were released across five different YouTube channels, including two channels of LIV Golf players—Bryson DeChambeau (Captain of Crushers GC) and Phil Mickelson (Captain of HyFlyers GC), and top creators Rick Shiels, Grant Horvat, and the Bryan Bros. The videos reached nearly 11M views on YouTube, and 78M total views across platforms, launched all-female Duels-style matches in three cities, and set up future competitions in 2026. 🎊 Congratulations to our Marketing and Social teams on the success of The Duels and their two CLIO Awards! 🏆

  • 📣 Today, we confirmed that LIV Golf has increased its qualifying opportunities for 2026 through both The International Series and LIV Golf Promotions. ⛳ 🥇 🥈 LIV Golf League spots will now be awarded to the top two finishers at LIV Golf Promotions, hosted at Black Diamond Ranch in Lecanto, Florida, January 8-11, 2026. The top two finishers in the 2025 International Series rankings not already exempt will also earn places in the League for 2026. Registrations are now open on LIVGolf.com for leading professionals and elite amateurs from across the globe to enter the four-day qualifying tournament in the U.S. The importance of these expanded pathways was characterized best by our CEO, Scott O'Neil: “LIV Golf continues to expand pathways for players around the world to qualify into the first truly global golf league. As fan interest in LIV Golf continues to increase and the opportunity to compete across the U.S., Asia Pacific, Africa, Europe, and the Middle East against some of the biggest names in golf grows, it’s only natural that we broaden access for talented, ambitious players to earn their way into the league.” Read more: https://lnkd.in/eQsfX4U5
