Last week, Lightcast hosted our RKO event in Idaho, bringing together teammates from across the U.S. and around the world. After a long flight from Toronto, it was worth every minute to see everyone in person! #AI isn’t replacing non-technical workers. It’s reshaping their jobs. We’re seeing: -- Marketers using AI to guide strategy -- HR teams using AI in talent decisions -- Finance professionals augmenting analysis -- Healthcare workers applying AI in context And the pipeline reflects that shift: many “AI workers” don’t come from technical backgrounds at all, but from business, communications, and the humanities. If you’re still treating AI as a niche technical capability, you’re already behind. The real advantage comes from combining AI with human judgment, context, and communication.
