  • Corporate governance has been, for many years, male-dominated - especially at the most senior level. In 2011, only 12.5% of directors on FTSE 100 boards were women; this rose to 26% in 2023. However, we are starting to make progress towards equality in corporate governance; indeed, at Leonid we have placed more women than men in such roles, over the course of our 6-year history.
