Great to see members of our Partnerships and Commercial teams out and about repping Ledgy across the employee benefits industry! 💜 Kudos to our partners ZEDRA Group for co-exhibiting with us 🤩
Really energised (and slightly exhausted!) after attending & exhibiting at the Engage Employee Summit with Niki Brown and Rebecca Avery of ZEDRA Group and Kieran Titheridge over the past two days - a brilliant curation of honest conversations about what it actually means to build thriving, human workplaces right now. Also: a shoutout to exhibitors Fresh Intranet whose sticker genius now adorns my laptop 🤩 A few moments that stayed with me: 🌟 On neurodiversity & wellbeing: Priya Kular at Fertifa's approach was a reminder that we need to move beyond measuring *usage* and start measuring *impact*. Are people actually better off as a result of interventions and initiatives? That's the only question that matters. 🌟 On social value: Severn Trent's Neil Morrison spoke powerfully about care leaver support and embedding social value into long-term incentive plans. Purpose baked into how we reward people, not bolted on as an afterthought. 🌟 On culture at scale: Miriam Warren, Chief Culture Officer at Yelp, was a highlight. Going from in-person, through fully remote, and something intentional, she was clear: "remote doesn't mean never in person, just very specific and purposeful about when and why." Her line "no data without stories, no stories without data" is going straight into my thinking. 💖 The small details she shared stuck with me too: a photo card and onesie sent to a new parent's home, celebrating Yelpiversaries, making birthdays feel seen. The love languages of the workplace, done with real intention - we do Ledgiversaries and birthday celebrations at Ledgy! 🌟 On AI: The closing panel (Suzy Jearum of Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, Sami Maiden of Monzo, and Melissa Hungerford of ofi, chaired by Charlotte Dahl, MD of 7 Seas) was refreshingly grounded. Universal adoption is a way off. The consensus? AI as a *supplement* to human coaching, not a replacement - and a real responsibility to implement it in ways that don't introduce fear, especially for people just starting out in their careers. Lots of crossover with conversations we're having at Ledgy - what themes are shaping your people agenda right now? 👇

Are you designing an equity plan? One of the most difficult parts is often what comes before the first grant: who gets equity, how much, and in what form. We're partnering with Ravio and OLIVIER REWARD CONSULTING for a webinar that covers exactly this. Ledgy CEO Armon Bättig will be joined by Merten Wulfert (Co-CEO at Ravio) and Figen Zaim (Founder at Olivier Reward Consulting) to walk through how to define employee eligibility, set allocation frameworks, and structure a plan that actually works at scale. If you're currently building or rethinking your equity plan, this one's for you. Register here: https://lnkd.in/eN5cyrQG

From days to minutes. That's the change Revolut's people team saw in their equity exercising process after moving to Ledgy. Revolut, Europe's largest scaleup, runs its global share plans on Ledgy. In under three months, we migrated hundreds of thousands of transactions and tens of thousands of participants. 10+ admins now run the programme from one platform, and every employee can check their equity on their phone via single sign-on. We spent a day at Revolut's London office with Paul Twist (Head of Equity), Aaron Hayes (Senior People Partner) Elena Nistor (People Specialist) and Cara Todd (Trainee Solicitor) to hear what changed. "We don’t know what the future holds, but by partnering with Ledgy we’re confident that Ledgy possesses the scalability and agility to help support our evolving requirements." A Swiss founder pool with non-dilutive equity, five countries on the cap table and a Series C closing in weeks. When Deniz Onmus, Group Finance and Transformation Manager at Neural Concept, set out to put cap table infrastructure in place, the brief was specific. The platform had to handle a sophisticated multi-jurisdiction setup, a Swiss-specific founder pool structure with non-dilutive equity, and a Series C deadline already in motion. Ledgy fit cleanly. On the first sales call, our team showed live that non-dilutive founder pools were a native feature of the product. Onboarding kicked off the next month and the platform was live across Neural Concept four weeks later, ready in time for the Series C close. “Finance, HR, top management, founders and employees can now all rely on the same cap table without thinking twice,” Deniz says. ✅ Native support for Swiss non-dilutive founder pools ✅ Multi-country cap table, single source of truth ✅ Four-week implementation ✅ Series C closed on schedule Deniz’s advice to founders setting up cap tables: pick a platform that fits your structure from day one. Deferred compensation is too complex and too high-risk, to be managed in a spreadsheet. Ledgy is the world's first platform to unify equity and deferred compensation. On Tuesday 9 June at 3pm BST, Biljana Pecelj and Gabbi Hatton-Stopp FGE FCG MSc are hosting a first look at our new deferred compensation product. They'll be covering best practices, a product walkthrough, and a preview of what's coming next 👀 . Sign up here: https://lnkd.in/eyfeYkMR

This is what Edge looked like last year. A room of share plan leaders from some of Europe's most innovative private and listed companies, working through the real questions facing equity teams in 2025, then carrying the conversation straight through to the networking reception. Edge 2026 is happening on Wednesday 21 October, again in London, and we're already planning a more interactive version of last year's format with two rounds of breakouts alongside the keynote and three plenaries. The anchor sessions for 2026: ✅ Where AI is changing the rules of equity comp ✅ A live walk-through of a real acquisition unpacked from all four sides of the deal ✅ An inside look at Ledgy's product roadmap for the next six months Save your seat: ledgy.com/edge-summit
