  • ⚡📉 IRAN WAR: Geopolitical shocks don’t break planning models. Static assumptions do. The Iran conflict is another reminder that volatility is now structural-not episodic. In our latest analysis, we show why: 1/ Macro signals must be translated into product- and region-specific outcomes 2/ Correlation is not the same as cost exposure 3/ Scenario-based decision intelligence is no longer optional This is exactly why we built Interlytics Market Forecaster & Decision Intelligence Suite — to help leadership teams turn uncertainty into structured choice. Drop a comment or DM us — we'll send the full analysis straight to your inbox. Dr. M. • We're proud to share that Kynetec has been selected to present at StatEO26 — the European Space Agency's conference on Earth Observation for Official Statistics and Policy Indicators, held at ESA-ESRIN. Our contribution, "Designing Impact-Aware EO Statistics as a Force Multiplier," explores how EO-based public statistics can be structured for systematic reuse — and what it would take to close the gap between satellite monitoring and operational agricultural decision-making. To ground the framework, we draw on Kynetec's experience building the Global Crop Protection Demand Forecaster inside our Interlytics platform: a tool that cross-references grower-level data, macroeconomic indicators, and climate projections to deliver market forecasts across 40+ countries and 14 crop groups — so commercial, strategy, and supply chain teams can anticipate demand before it materialises. The question we bring to StatEO26: how do we design public EO statistics so they can feed directly into this kind of decision infrastructure? We look forward to contributing to this dialogue alongside ESA, Eurostat, FAO, UNSD, JRC, EEA, and other global partners. #EarthObservation #AgriculturalIntelligence #StatEO26 #CropProtection #Interlytics #Kynetec

Happy to share that 𝐊𝐲𝐧𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐜’s work has been accepted for presentation at 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐄𝐎𝟐𝟔, the 𝐄𝐮𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐒𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐀𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲’s conference on Earth Observation (EO) for Official Statistics and Policy Indicators at ESA-ESRIN. Our contribution, “𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐭‑𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐄𝐎 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐬 𝐚𝐬 𝐚 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐜𝐞 𝐌𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐢𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐫” presents a conceptual framework for how EO‑based public statistics can be designed with explicit reuse and real‑world impact in mind, strengthening the connection between EO monitoring, official statistics, and agricultural decision‑making. The framework is illustrated through 𝐊𝐲𝐧𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐜’𝐬 𝐆𝐥𝐨𝐛𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐫𝐨𝐩 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐃𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫, which provides early visibility on crop protection needs and supports timely input availability for farmers and supply chains across 40+ countries and a wide range of crops. We’re pleased to contribute to this important dialogue alongside ESA, Eurostat, FAO, UNSD, JRC, EEA, and other global partners working at the intersection of satellite data, statistics, policy reporting, and agricultural intelligence.

  • How do you make the business case for supply chain resilience all the way to your CFO? Resilience isn't new for procurement or finance teams. What's new is the need to connect sustainability commitments to real supply risk. And that requires better data on how production systems actually operate. Kynetec's Global Sustainability Lead Rob Fetter sat down with Sustainability Online to discuss why primary data is critical for understanding where supply is stable, where it isn't, and how to prioritize resilience where it actually matters for the business. 🔗 Read the full interview: https://lnkd.in/ddpHsesY #SupplyChainResilience #Sustainability #AgriculturalData #Kynetec
