Aviation maintenance is a rising balance sheet cost, but it is also a hidden enabler of strategic profitability. Up against aging fleets and supply chain challenges, maintenance costs have risen 8% YOY, costing the industry an additional $3.1 billion. When airlines lose millions annually to flight cancellations, delays, and ‘locked out’ seats in cabins, tackling defects can increase capacity, improve customer experience, and improve margins in upper cabins. From predicting defects to optimizing fuel planning, Kubrick’s aviation specialists share the most impactful use cases for data and AI in this report. Read the full report now: https://lnkd.in/eaxiy3BT We're diving into these use cases at the Aviation Festival Americas in Miami this week. If you're going, come say hello to Team Kubrick at Stand 506: George Eaton, Steven Diaz, Lewis Allsop, Jila Bahri-Esfahani

We turned gut-feel fuel assignment into data-driven planning that saves millions in wasted fuel. Fuel represents around 30% of an airline’s operational costs, making fuel efficiency a strategic priority. Arrival delay fuel planning relies on risk tolerance, so when fuel planners overcompensate, airlines compromise their margins and sustainability targets. We helped a leading carrier optimize their arrival delay fuel without compromising on service or safety - and unlocked $2m in annual savings in the process. We’re inviting leaders at the Aviation Festival Americas to turn their operational frictions into synchronized success. Right now, airlines are losing ~8% of revenue – that’s $60 billion across industry - to network disruption. The challenge is not capability, but coordination. Every airline and airport has expert teams that deliver against their priorities. But when siloed decision-making leads to cascading network disruption, customers are left stranded and costs rise. Kubrick Managing Director Jila Bahri-Esfahani will host a select group of aviation leaders to identify the opportunities to make faster, more confident decisions without compromising safety or accountability. Spaces at the roundtable are limited, so register for a place now: https://lnkd.in/eCHwUjPb Meet Team Kubrick at the Festival: George Eaton, Lewis Allsop, Steven Diaz

We’re closing the gap between executive ambition and operational reality by embedding agentic AI specialists directly into client teams. They identify high-value use cases, design and build practical AI agents, and drive adoption through demos, user groups, and hands-on change support. The result: working agents, tools, and processes shipped in weeks, not quarters, with change supported until it takes hold. Here are just some of the use cases we’ve delivered in record time: https://lnkd.in/eu3SGv5E

In an agentic world, trust is decided at the data layer. We're partnering with Anomalo to make sure AI is trusted, by design. As AI agents take on real decisions, enterprises need confidence that the data driving those decisions is continuously validated, not periodically reviewed. Our partnership with Anomalo brings together autonomous data monitoring with rapid, value-led implementation, thanks to the capability we embed within client teams. Together, we help organizations turn AI governance intent into production-grade capability. This is what AI readiness looks like. Read the full story: https://lnkd.in/eNCdb7re Want to know more? Building AI into your product sounds straightforward: APIs are accessible, models are powerful, and your team is smart. But the visible feature is just the tip of the iceberg. Maintenance, governance, user trust, talent gaps, and the relentless pace of model change: these are what determine whether your AI analyst project succeeds. In this hands-on workshop, we'll work through the 7 things every product and data team needs to know before they build - drawn from industry analyst Donald Farmer's research and real-world product experience from teams who have navigated every one of them.
