We’re proud to be featured in a recent Sage piece exploring how businesses actually use AI to create operational impact. In this article, Sheldon Mydat, CEO of Suppeco, spoke about our partnership to integrate an AI assistant directly into their platform. They had the data, but it was hard to get a clear, timely view of risk and opportunity. By embedding an AI assistant into live workflows, Suppeco can now: 💬 Ask questions in natural language. 📊 Pull answers from live operational data. 🔍 Detect risk earlier. 🤝 Make faster, more confident decisions. We’re grateful to Suppeco for trusting us to build something practical and to Sage for including us in the wider conversation about what AI can do for businesses. Running on a treadmill is a great workout. But physically... it takes you nowhere. You're moving fast, your heart rate is up, and sweating, but when time's up, you’re still in the same spot. You can't go from point A to point B, if you're running in place. You have to take your workout into the real to: 👟 Measure the actual distance. 👟 See if you're prepared for the real terrain. 👟 Look back and see exactly how far you've gone. In product and delivery, the goal is to be agile. Often that looks like back-to-back meetings, shipping features, updating the roadmap while everyone nods along at the "progress". But are you actually moving closer to the target... or just moving? The last thing you want is to get stuck on the treadmill. Yes, it's still hard work that feels productive, but it doesn’t move you in the right direction. If you're looking for real progress, we can help you get on track. #AgileLeadership #ProductLeadership #DecisionMaking #TeamAlignment

You don't need to keep something just because it was once useful. Here’s 5 things to do instead of automating that process: ❌ Delete it. 🔎 Simplify the rule that created it in the first place. 🔨 Fix the root system. 💬 Ask what would break if you stopped doing it altogether (spoiler: probably nothing). Don't fall into the automation trap. Map → document → estimate → debate All just to realize that the original process doesn't actually solve a current problem. Not everything needs to be automated. We can help you figure out what you need to let go. #Automation #ProductLeadership #DigitalTransformation #DecisionMaking

The headlines say UK growth has stalled again, but there's no need to panic. As our founder, Jake, shared in a recent feature with TechRound: “Tougher conditions often force founders to focus on real value and that’s not a bad thing.” The UK still has deep technical talent, global credibility in sectors like AI and fintech, and one of the most mature investment ecosystems in Europe. There's plenty of opportunities, but discipline makes the difference in tighter markets In 2026, the startups that thrive will be the ones that: 🧩 Solve genuine problems 🤝 Build strong, accountable teams 💷 Stay capital efficient 💎 Operate with a clear purpose For disciplined founders, the UK remains a very viable place to build, and we're proud to contribute to the conversation. What do we mean when we say we're listening-led? It shows up in small moments day to day: 🔎 Rereading a line from a user interview to understand the frustration. 🔎 Redrawing a flow because someone hesitated and you want to learn why. 🔎 Changing direction after a test because of a valid "what if". When you listen carefully, you're able to notice: 🤐 What people don’t say. 🤐 Where they pause. 🤐 What they assume instead of explain. We can help you read between the lines. #ProductDesign #UserCenteredDesign #WaysOfWorking #ProductThinking #InsideJourni

Your project is stalling because everyone is too polite. You listen intently to the meetings but still have concerns. You want to speak up, but everyone else in the room is nodding. You don't want to push back and be labeled "that person." Because everyone knows... "that person" slows everything down. Spoiler alert: everyone else in the room has their own concerns but is also too polite to speak up. Politeness leads to hesitation. Hesitation leads to silence. Silence leads to second guesses. Second guesses lead to delays. And you'll regret not speaking up sooner. Being honest at the right moment can save you time and money down the line. We can help you put together a team that will do just that. #Leadership #TeamDynamics #DecisionMaking #ProjectDelivery #WaysOfWorking

Your team can agree on everything, but someone needs to actually make sure it happens. Everyone is aware of the problem, and every agrees it needs to be solved. But the next morning... there's still no milk when you open the fridge. No one actually went to the store to buy it. You see that same pattern in large projects all the time: 🤝 Clear agreement 💬 Plenty of conversation 📝 Plans and documentation ❌ But no single person accountable for the result. When ownership is shared too broadly, it completely disappears. It doesn't matter how many meetings you addto the calendar, how clear your decks are, or how tight you tailor your timelines. If you don't clearly and explicitly state WHO owns the outcome, you cannot trust that it will get done. Don't find out you're still out of milk when you're trying to make your morning coffee. Make sure you know who's making that grocery run. #Accountability #ProductDelivery #DecisionMaking #WaysOfWorking #ProjectLeadership

Unpopular opinion: experience teaches you the things frameworks never quite cover. Don't get us wrong. Frameworks are absolutely useful. They give teams a shared language and a place to start. But they won't teach you: 💬 How silence in a meeting usually means uncertainty (not agreement). 📝 That confident plans on paper can still fail if no one truly owns it. Experience teaches you: ⚠️ Slowing a team down doesn't mean they're doing anything wrong. 🤔 “This should be simple”... isn't very helpful. 🔎 Progress isn’t always visible. Frameworks help you structure the work. Experience helps you know when to step outside them. And that's exactly what we bring to every project. ##ThoughtLeadership #DigitalTransformation #ExperienceMatters #LeadershipInTech #BehindTheBuild

When a client wants to "move faster", it sounds like a delivery problem at first. Spoiler alert: it usually isn't. What they actually want is reassurance that: ✨ Decisions are sound ✨ Direction is maintained ✨ They aren't about to learn an expensive lesson the hard way. “Move faster” is often shorthand for uncertainty. When stakes are high, speed is interpreted as confidence. If things are moving quickly, it means things are progressing (even if the fundamentals are a little shaky). When clients turn up the pressure, it might be a sign you need to: ⚠️ Slow down and restate goals ⚠️ Specify who owns what ⚠️ Make a few uncomfortable decisions to realign This maintains momentum better than simply accelerating delivery because getting it wrong could cost you weeks or even years. We can help you stay on track.
