The course is aimed at individuals who work in engineering, production and design. The IOM3 Certificate in Management sessions are: ▪️ High Performance teams - 29 September ▪️ Finance & Risk Essentials for Managers - 24 March or 20 October ▪️ Practical Skills in Project Management - 21 April or 10 November ▪️ Leading Change - 19 May or 1 December ▪️ Adaptive Leadership - 8 September Complete the five sessions over a period of 12 months to qualify and receive the Certificate in Management.
