#IOM3Training | Introduction to Non-ferrous Metallurgy We're collaborating with Dr Clayton Thomas MICorr to deliver a one-day course on non-ferrous metallurgy. The course is aimed at individuals who work in engineering, production and design. It will also be a useful introduction to the subject for new starters and graduate engineers. 🗓️ 3 June 2026 🌐 Virtual This course is one of ten courses in the IOM3 Metallurgy in Practice suite. If you attend this and two of the other courses in the series, you will receive an IOM3 Certificate in Metallurgy in Practice. This year, #DIP2026 has partnered with FANUC Europe UK to offer this year's finalists a four‑day, hands‑on introduction to injection moulding at FANUC’s UK Academy. This industry‑led training will give finalists practical insight into plastics processing, support product development ahead of final judging, and lead to an IOM3‑endorsed certification. Very excited to say that the judges have whittled down all our entries to the #DIP2026 competition and that very soon we will be revealing the six finalists publicly. Our final six are being invited to take part in a prestigious certified training course on injection moulding, provided by Fanuk UK Ltd FANUC Europe and Sierra 57 Consult Ltd as part of their prize. Taking place during April, this course will help them further develop and refine their products for the final judging in London on May 8. We look forward to meeting them all soon!
