The Accelerator is an investment in ambition, a three month creative and business incubator designed to support high potential digital creators across entertainment, sport, politics, science & tech, and finance. Gary Lineker, co-founder of Goalhanger said: “Everyone’s producing more and publishing faster - content that’s brief, bright, and quickly forgotten. It’s harder than ever to cut through. At Goalhanger, we’re interested in the work people return to - proper conversations, proper perspectives, proper creators who build trust over time.” - So who are we looking for? Creators who already have traction but are ready to build something bigger. - What will we do for you? We’ll bring the experience, infrastructure, and investment to help you scale properly. Those selected will receive up to £10,000 to develop ambitious short-form content with a clear pathway into long-form IP and future commissioning. A great morning at the Campaign UK World Cup briefing with Goalhanger co-founder Gary Lineker. The Rest Is History has won Best History Podcast at the #iHeartPodcastAwards (iHeartMedia) 2026! A huge thank you to everyone who listens, watches, shares and supports what we do and of course to Tom Holland and Dominic Sandbrook, who continue to prove just how compelling great storytelling can be when it’s done properly. It was also amazing to see just how many people stateside love what they’ve built - there were a lot of fans in that room! What’s been most exciting is seeing the show reach new audiences globally and continue to grow across platforms.
