    BREAKING: We are introducing a three-race weekend format in 2026 and beyond — debuting at Round 2 in Montreal and returning for Round 5 in Austin. 🗓️ With the addition of an Opening Race at these two rounds, our 2026 calendar is now restored to 14 races, following confirmation that the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix will will no longer take place in April. https://lnkd.in/eiNhktxY #F1ACADEMY

    Learning Sectors, our STEM education programme supported by Formula 1®, is being extended for a further two years. After reaching more than 150,000 young people in 700 schools across Brazil, South Africa, India and the UK, the programme will now expand to seven countries and potentially reach 250,000 students. The programme will also include a new oracy element focused on communication, presentation, broadcasting and media-inspired careers.     Following a hugely successful pilot year that reached over 150,000 young people across the UK, India, Brazil and South Africa, Formula 1® is extending its collaboration with the British Council for a further two years to deliver the F1-inspired education programme, Learning Sectors. The expanded initiative will now reach F1 host nations China, Spain and Mexico, and is set to engage nearly 250,000 students in more than 1,000 schools throughout the programme.     Munich will become the tenth city to welcome The Formula 1® Exhibition when it opens on 20 May 2026, adding another landmark destination to the show’s global tour. The Bavarian capital will be the second German location to host the immersive experience, following the success of the Oberhausen exhibition, which has already attracted more than 150,000 visitors and underscored the country’s enthusiasm and intrigue for Formula 1.
