It was a pleasure to have our CEO, Ronel Lehmann, interviewed by the prestigious Tatler Address Book about the work of Finito. Here's a few snippets from the interview. Tatler: What first inspired you to begin a career in education and mentoring? Ronel: Throughout my career in recruitment, stockbroking, financial public relations and marketing communications, I was always asked by clients to help their sons and daughters into work. When I founded Finito in 2016, to help school and college leavers, graduates and international students, it has become a passion and today we have over 100 mentors supporting candidates in finding a meaningful career. Tatler: With students and professionals juggling increasingly demanding schedules, how do you ensure Finito fits seamlessly into their lives? Ronel: We work around our candidates. We are always there for them. We are not judgemental, unlike their parents. Our greatest reward is seeing them succeed.
