  • We want to share some highlights from an exciting business trip to China that our Procurement & Compliance Executive, Natasha, and two of our directors, Trevor and Pete, attended in April! At Dynamic, we make the effort as often as we can to visit key partners across the Far East, because it gives us the opportunity to strengthen existing relationships with suppliers, but also to seek out new ones. One of the ways we did this was by attending two trade shows: the Canton Fair Phase 2 and the Hong Kong Gifts & Premium Fair. It was great to see so much innovation, and to come away with new contacts for our supplier database. We also caught up with some familiar faces and reconnected with long-standing industry contacts to discuss current and future projects. Building strong relationships face-to-face remains a hugely important part of how we work at Dynamic, and after being back in the UK for nearly three weeks, we can already see that the time invested was worthwhile. A huge thank you to all of the suppliers who hosted, welcomed and met with us throughout the trip, we're already looking forward to returning again soon!

  • This June, some of the Dynamic Merchandise team will be taking on the Summer Wolf Run at Stanford Hall to help raise money for an incredible local charity - MADMAC (Melton & District Money Advice Centre and District Money Advice Centre). 🐺💚   MADMAC provides vital support, guidance, training and money advice to people across the local community when they need it most, and we’re proud to be supporting the charity via this event.   The Wolf Run is no easy feat…mud, obstacles and a lot of determination across a 5K course but it’s all for a fantastic cause.   If you’d like to support the team and help us raise as much as possible for MADMAC, any donation would be hugely appreciated. Our GoFundMe is linked below!   We’ll be sharing updates as training (and the nerves!) continue over the next few weeks. Wish us luck! 🏆 https://lnkd.in/eh4d6uhu

  • This is the final post in our end-to-end series, introducing each stage of what we offer at Dynamic. While we’ve only touched on our four core services, our capabilities extend far beyond them. At Dynamic, our approach has always been to say yes, if you need an idea brought to life for your brand and its customers, we’ll find a way to make it happen. 🙌🏻 In the slides below we take a closer look at how we handle distribution, including nationwide deliveries, warehousing, delivery scheduling, and the coordination behind large-scale campaigns and installations across the UK. Have a read!

  • As a business, it's a great tool to keep up with how the industry is evolving so that we can grow from within. Keeping up with procurement, fulfilment and distribution now means a lot more than just getting projects out the door on time. We’re seeing growing demand from customers for shorter-run production, more retailer-specific POSM, smarter fulfilment systems and more sustainable sourcing decisions to name just a few. Live stock tracking, just-in-time distribution and RPET materials are also becoming far more common and are changing how projects need to be managed from the very beginning. This article looks at some of the trends, operational shifts and innovations we’ve been noticing across this side of the industry, alongside a few examples of how we’re applying them across projects at Dynamic. Take a look at the full article below as we go into more detail. 👇

  • At Dynamic, fulfilment is handled with the same level of precision as our other full-service stages. Every kit, every component, every rollout is planned, checked, and built to spec before it leaves us. It’s a hands-on process, managed by a team that understands the detail behind every project, not just the end result. When fulfilment is done properly, everything after it runs as it should.

  • Design is evolving, with new ways of thinking shaping how projects are developed, built, and adapted in practice. From modular systems and flexible formats to closer integration with production and fulfilment, innovation is changing what’s possible and how consistently it can be delivered.   In this article, we explore where that innovation is happening and how we’re applying it at Dynamic across different types of projects.   Take a look at the full article below if you're interested in learning more. 😊

  • We’re proud to share that Dynamic Merchandise has successfully achieved recertification for both ISO 9001 (Quality Management) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management). 🏆 This means our processes for delivering, managing and improving our work, end-to-end, continue to meet internationally recognised standards. It also reflects our ongoing commitment to quality, consistency and responsible environmental practices across everything we do. Also a big thank you to our Procurement & Compliance Executive, Natasha Fox, for leading the audit process and ensuring everything was in place, a huge effort behind the scenes that made this possible. 👏🏻

  • Procurement plays a key role in keeping projects moving in the right direction. At Dynamic, it is fully integrated into the wider process from the very beginning. As concepts are developed, we consider materials, manufacturing methods, costs, and timelines alongside the design. This ensures that what we create is not only visually strong, but also practical, buildable, and ready to move into production without unnecessary delays or rework. We work with a trusted network of suppliers, while maintaining full control over quality, consistency, and delivery. By managing procurement in-house, each stage remains aligned as projects progress. It’s how we deliver consistently, from concept through to final rollout.

  • Material expertise is a key part of the wider process behind how we approach projects. 🪚   From fibre-based developments through to plastics, wood and composites, it’s an area that’s constantly evolving and something we stay close to.   We’ve shared some of our thinking below, along with a few of the innovations shaping how materials are being used in practice, and how we apply that across our work. Feel free to take a look!

  • Great to have Tash and Georgia at the NEC, UK Food & Drink show this week! Time spent with customers discovering how new launches are being brought to life on the stand is always valuable and gives a clearer picture of what’s landing. Some brilliant ideas out there this year. We've got plenty of insight to take back into current and upcoming work. Thanks girls for attending on behalf of Dynamic. 👏🏻 Food & Drink Expo #FDE2026

Georgia and I had a great day today at the NEC Food and Drink show. Thanks Keely Gerrish for serving us, the stand looked fantastic!🍦 Brilliant to try our customers’ latest flavour launches and it is always exciting to see what is up and coming in the industry. There were some really impressive displays, insightful seminars and of course lots of food and drink to enjoy😋. If you were there too we would love to hear what stood out to you!👇🏻
