Hawley, the founder of Divergent Thinking UK who has been selected as a finalist on the National learning disabilities & autism awards! ⭐️ I first met Nat at BU when he was one of my students and we worked on developing his academic skills and since, we’ve collaborated in different projects. I am currently on the advisory panel for Divergent thinking and we are writing a book chapter on neuroinclusive education together. Nat is such an incredible human who is changing the world for the better! ⭐️Congratulations Nat! ⭐️being a finalist for this award is a huge achievement!

We’re pleased to share that Divergent Thinking is joining Impact Hub London’s Together for Wellbeing programme. Together for Wellbeing is a six-month incubator supporting social enterprises working on preventative and systemic approaches to mental health and wellbeing. This feels deeply aligned with our mission. Divergent Thinking is a neurodivergent-led social enterprise helping organisations build more neuroinclusive workplaces and learning environments. We deliver practical training, consultancy and resources on neurodiversity, including dyslexia, dyspraxia, ADHD and autism, translating neuroscience and lived experience into clear, usable strategies. For us, neuroinclusion is a wellbeing issue. When workplaces and education systems are not designed with neurodivergent people in mind, the cost is often carried by individuals through masking, anxiety, exhaustion, underemployment and burnout. Our work focuses on shifting the environment instead: improving communication, reducing unnecessary barriers, and helping people participate, contribute and thrive. We’re looking forward to learning alongside the cohort, strengthening our impact, and exploring how neuroinclusion can play a bigger role in preventative mental health and systemic wellbeing. Pleased to share that Divergent Thinking is now officially a Disability Confident Committed employer.
