We often talk about the impact of LLMs for brands through existing frameworks: organic visibility, brand equity and (soon) paid media impressions. Another channel to understand and plan for. All completely valid, but our latest research shows that their role goes beyond that of just another touchpoint. By building confidence through conversation, validation and extensive comparison they are: ➕ Increasing the amount people are willing to spend on purchases (up to 70% more). ➕ Encouraging brand switching to a greater degree than before (58% say AI introduces them to products they would never have previously considered). With nearly 30% of LLM users now turning to them before they do any other research, that is going to have a massive impact on the rest of your marketing.
