A hugely enjoyable day for the Copper team at the RSK Group Energy Transition Cup for the second year running. Team Copper put in a spirited performance, losing just one match across the day. While it wasn’t quite enough to secure a place in the semi‑finals, it was a tremendous showing and a real team effort throughout. It was also a great opportunity to support an excellent cause - National Energy Action. We’re also proud to be providing strategic communications support to National Energy Action (NEA), helping amplify their vital work tackling fuel poverty across the UK. Thanks to everyone who took part and supported on the day. #TeamCopper #EnergyTransition #SupportingCommunities

So what does this mean in practice for project delivery, engagement and consent? In our latest blog, we break down what the results mean for organisations and their projects. 👉 Read more here: https://lnkd.in/e9VUXhNu #Infrastructure #Energy #StakeholderEngagement

Following the Scottish elections, the SNP remains in control, though without a majority. As negotiations begin to form the next government, the overall direction remains aligned to net zero, with continued pressure for devolved energy powers. The key shift is likely in delivery. Greater involvement from Holyrood, councils, and local representatives will increasingly shape how projects progress on the ground. However, this could bring slower progress, with: -More scrutiny of planning and consenting -Increased debate on environmental and community impacts -A shift towards more incremental policy changes To explore what this means in more detail, read our full report here https://lnkd.in/eafUpSWD If you’d like support navigating the evolving landscape or a tailored briefing for your projects, get in touch with Laura Sutherland FCIPR Chart.PR FPRCA #PublicAffairs #Scotland #Parliament #PolicyChanges
