Last week, we hosted Nexus London with our friends at J12 & Atomico; a select gathering of data and AI founders for an afternoon on the realities of going to market in 2026, followed by dinner with 70+ investors, operators and founders from across London and beyond. Huge thanks to the speakers who brought real specifics and actionable advice for the teams in the room: → Rav Dhaliwal (GTM Advisor & Venture Partner) → Stefan Ross (Co-Founder, CG Partners; ex-Pigment) → Ellen (Moeller) McCormack (Head of EMEA Sales, Clay) → Sam Sklar (B2B Growth, ElevenLabs) → Misha Jessel Kenyon (UK GTM, Mistral) A few standout takeaways from the sessions: The "enterprise tax" is heavier for AI, not lighter. Procurement, security review, data residency, model risk committees - Seed + Series A founders need to plan for this on day one, not bolt it on later. POCs are the graveyard. The teams winning are defining success criteria before the pilot starts and walking away when those move. A pilot without a written conversion path is a free consulting engagement. First GTM hire matters more than hires two through five. The wrong senior enterprise AE — even with a great CV — can set you back 12 months. Hire for the motion you actually have, not the one you wish you had. Pricing is chaos, and that's fine. Per-seat, per-token, consumption, outcome, based, nobody has the answer. The mistake isn't always picking the wrong model or providers; it's picking one and never revisiting alternatives. Europe-first isn't a consolation prize. Sovereign AI, regulated industries and public sector buyers are a real wedge for European AI startups - but only if you treat them as a serious GTM motion, not a side quest. I’m Bragadeesh, founder and CEO of Tattvam AI. Today, I’m excited to announce that Tattvam AI comes out of Stealth to build the intelligence layer of chip design. I’ve always thought the fact that modern smartphones, laptops and data centers just work is indistinguishable from magic. Billions of transistors, all doing the right thing, at the right time, every time. But behind that magic is a process that hasn’t kept pace. Designing a chip is still one of the most manual, time-consuming endeavors in engineering. Even making a seemingly small change can take months of work. For the first time in history, we have a path towards changing that. That’s why we’re building Tattvam AI. We're building an AI system that deeply understands circuit structure and the design intent, reasoning from first principles to make the design decisions that today consume months of engineering time. To do this, we have raised $1.7M in pre-seed funding from our incredible investors led by Seedcamp with participation from EWOR, Entropy Industrial Capital ( Sam Cash ), Concept Ventures and Stan Boland, former founder/CEO at Icera ( bought by NVIDIA) and Element 14 ( bought by Broadcom). I couldn’t be more excited to be building this together with Lannan J. - someone who thinks and breathes in transistors.
