💡 The built environment has a quiet but powerful influence on wellbeing. For some, it enables comfort and belonging, while for others, it can create sensory overload, confusion or distress. This is why organisations are increasingly reevaluating and shaping their workplaces to better support neurodiverse people while also benefitting everyone else. Get in the know with our live, online training course, Shaping Inclusive Spaces: Design and Neurodiversity, on 20 October 2026. Book today. → https://lnkd.in/dF8reTB The course will: investigate the relationship between neurodiversity and the built environment, how design affects and can respond to these issues and how this relates to legislation including the Equality Act 2010 and design guidance such as #PAS6463. #DesignAndNeurodiversity #InclusiveEnvironments #BuiltEnvironment #

Barbara Basini, Head of Conservation and Building Projects at UCP, explains why they chose CAE to work with them: “We were keen to hire an experienced auditor with an understanding of access issues in historic buildings."
