    🌈 Celebrating LGBT+ History Month Today, we hear from Irene Karotia, Divisional CSR and Responsible Business specialist at Capita in India , who shares how using AI has enabled meaningful impact in her role at Capita - reflecting this year’s #LGBTPlusHM theme: Science and Innovation. "Over the last year, I’ve used AI as an assistant in my day-to-day to support business activities. From using AI tools to simplify complex frameworks like Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) reporting, Responsible Business strategy and risk governance, to automating the first drafts of communications, event plans and stakeholder updates. The result: clearer, faster communications and more time to focus on the people side of the role. One achievement I’m especially proud of is using AI to make our CSR and Responsible Business updates more accessible and inclusive for colleagues across Capita Experience. By creating simple explainers, reusable templates and practical support for volunteers, more people feel confident getting involved. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, this really matters to me because innovation should be something everyone can participate in. When technology helps people feel included and supported, that’s the kind of fearless innovation worth championing." Irene Karotia.     💻 Opening doors through digital access We recently supported Woodbridge High School’s sixth form in London by funding two new equipped IT suites, created in partnership with our strategic partner Virgin Media O2. When the school reached out for help, our teams acted quickly to ensure 500 students - including many without access to tech at home - now have reliable, modern equipment to study, revise and prepare for their futures. For disadvantaged students, and many more who lack quiet study spaces at home, the impact is immediate and profound.     Capita Experience recently participated in the Innovation Challenge run by Deutsche Telekom's Sales & Service division. The challenge: all service partners we're invited to submit forward‑looking concepts designed to elevate the customer experience. We partnered with GetVocal AI to develop an AI Agent concept, “CX meets AI”, which was shortlisted as one of three finalists and went on to win the challenge.     Hear from Ade Morley MC, Managing Director of Project Selborne at Capita in this recent article in Navy Lookout as he reflects on how the programme is transforming Royal Navy training for service at sea and ashore. Almost five years into delivery, Selborne has been successful in replacing a fragmented training landscape with a unified, modern and technology-enabled system. Delivered through Team Fisher, led by Capita, the consortium supports over 80% of the Royal Navy’s shore-based individual training, reaching tens of thousands of learners each year.
