Brilliant BCO NextGen Midlands Bitesize tour of Forvis Mazars new space at Three Chamberlain Square yesterday afternoon. Some Key Takeaways from the visit: - The fit out was completed just after Christmas 2025 and after several months in the space, Stephen noted there’s nothing they would change; always a strong endorsement. -A fresh, well‑considered colour palette uses soft pastels alongside bolder tones such as burgundy ceilings, blues and purple. Spaces like the striking orange “bubble room” show confident use of colour that remains tasteful and thoughtfully delivered. -Curved walls, rooms, feature panels, furniture and lighting soften the rigid floorplate. The space flows as a continuous loop, creating a sense of continuity while keeping areas clearly connected. -Meeting rooms named after key Birmingham figures and places, including Cadbury and Chamberlain, which is a nice local touch. -A thoughtful mix of bookable and non‑bookable spaces is complemented by a large flexible area with a dividing wall, capable of hosting up to 200 people. -The conservatory overlooking the Town Hall really stood out – bright, open and clearly designed for collaboration, informal meetings and lunch. Overall, a well‑executed Cat B fit out that genuinely puts people first. Credit to Forvis Mazars and Overbury for delivering a space that clearly works for those using it day to day — and a great addition to Birmingham’s workplace landscape. Thanks to our members who attended, our speakers Stephen Lewis, Lizzy Sleeman and our sponsors Interface & Solus and Michele Clifton for helping organise. Great to welcome our BCO NextGen Midlands members for a bitesize tour of King Edwards House today!
