Burnout isn’t just stress. It’s often a nervous system signal that the body has been overloaded for too long. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝘀 𝗮 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲?  The feedback was clear: people valued the 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹, 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁-𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀. Participants highlighted the importance of listening deeply, being comfortable with silence, and coaching in a way that is genuinely in service of others.  A few lines stayed with us:     - “𝘠𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘱𝘦𝘰𝘱𝘭𝘦 𝘦𝘹𝘢𝘮𝘱𝘭𝘦𝘴 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 𝘣𝘳𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩𝘵 𝘪𝘵 𝘵𝘰 𝘭𝘪𝘧𝘦.”   - “𝘈 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 𝘩𝘦𝘭𝘱𝘧𝘶𝘭 𝘱𝘳𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘤𝘢𝘭 𝘴𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘰𝘯.”   - “𝘜𝘴𝘦𝘧𝘶𝘭 𝘵𝘰 𝘴𝘦𝘦 𝘱𝘢𝘳𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘦𝘭𝘴 𝘪𝘯 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘤𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘦𝘴 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘤𝘩𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘦𝘯𝘨𝘦𝘴.”  It was a great reminder that the best coaching conversations are both human and useful.  Thank you to everyone who contributed to such thoughtful, practical, and energising conversations across the conference. It was a powerful reminder that 𝗰𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝘀 𝗮 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝘀 not just a capability for individuals, but 𝗮 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘀𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀.  #ACGlobal #Coaching #Leadership #TeamDevelopment #CoachingCommunity #PracticalLearning #LeadershipConversation #OrganisationalDevelopment
