Ofgem has announced today that the energy price cap will be increasing by 13%. We know that last winter, millions of older people were cold in their homes, with so many having to choose between heating or eating. We're urging the Government to increase support for older people and to put together an effective plan to help those on lower incomes especially get through the winter.
