We’re hiring: Head of Partnerships (Ireland and Europe) – Maternity Cover Advance HE is seeking a collaborative, confident and member focused senior leader to continue driving the growth of our membership and commercial work across the Republic of Ireland and Europe. If you are passionate about higher education, skilled in building meaningful relationships and confident operating with senior leaders, this is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact. About the role: In this 12 month, full time maternity cover role, you will be the first point of contact for our members in Ireland and Europe. You will build deep understanding of institutional needs, connect members to the full value of Advance HE and identify opportunities to extend our impact through membership and commercial solutions. You will act as a trusted partner to leaders across the sector, contributing to a positive members first culture and representing Advance HE with professionalism and purpose. What you’ll bring: • Degree level education or equivalent professional experience • Strong knowledge of the Irish higher education sector • Expertise in client relationship management • Proven experience generating leads and converting opportunities • Confidence engaging senior leaders and conducting strategic conversations • An enterprising, analytical and solution focused mindset • High emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills • Ability to navigate varied cultural contexts and adapt your approach • Confidence presenting, influencing and negotiating • Strong digital and video conferencing skills • A deep commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion Apply now and help shape the future of higher education across Ireland and Europe.
