  • We’re hiring: Head of Partnerships (Ireland and Europe) – Maternity Cover Advance HE is seeking a collaborative, confident and member focused senior leader to continue driving the growth of our membership and commercial work across the Republic of Ireland and Europe. If you are passionate about higher education, skilled in building meaningful relationships and confident operating with senior leaders, this is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact. About the role: In this 12 month, full time maternity cover role, you will be the first point of contact for our members in Ireland and Europe. You will build deep understanding of institutional needs, connect members to the full value of Advance HE and identify opportunities to extend our impact through membership and commercial solutions. You will act as a trusted partner to leaders across the sector, contributing to a positive members first culture and representing Advance HE with professionalism and purpose. You will shape compelling content, work closely with colleagues across the organisation and ensure consistency of the Advance HE brand across every touchpoint. What we’re looking for: • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a marketing role • A strong track record of delivering cross channel campaigns • Experience working with agencies, designers and suppliers • Confident use of email and design platforms • Experience using social media scheduling tools • Ability to monitor, evaluate and optimise campaigns using a test and learn approach • Line management experience is desirable Help us shape the future of higher education.
