At Next Media, talent is given the platform, support, and belief needed to grow into excellence. We take pride in seeing Andrew Kabuura represent Uganda on bigger stages and continue making an impact beyond our walls. That is the culture we believe in, creating an environment where people are trusted, supported, and encouraged to become their very best. Well done, Andrew! #NextMediaTalks #ExecuteToDominate #NextMediaUG

He went. He represented. He made history. And now he is back home where it all started. Transformers welcomed back our very own Andrew Kabuura, Head of Sports Broadcast, fresh from South Africa where he hosted UEFA Champions League coverage LIVE on SuperSport. Across the country, from Parliament to cultural spaces, we stayed present where it mattered most, ensuring that every key moment reached the public clearly and in real time. This Week at the #NextMediaPark (April 13 – April 19, 2026) This past week was a week beyond the headlines, and our brands carried the story. We traded the newsroom for the courtroom, the debate stage for the school construction site, and the studio for the streets. From seeking justice for the littlest voices to shaping Uganda’s next generation of creators, our brands didn’t just report the week we carried it. #NextMediaUG

Today, our leaders gathered for a Leadership Impact Talk with Anne Juuko. The conversation was honest and forward-looking, focusing on what the next generation of leaders truly needs from those already in the room: access, mentorship, psychological safety, transparency, and the discipline to manage themselves before leading others. Anne challenged the room to set clear boundaries, make it cool to do well, stay curious, and keep investing in themselves. The conversation also reflected on the Gen Z workforce. The generation that thrives when understood, supported, and connected to purpose. At Next Media, leadership is built in everyday moments. How we react, how we listen, and how we show up shapes our teams. Great leadership is a daily responsibility. Thank you, Anne Juuko, for the insight and the push to keep growing. #NextMediaUG
